I hardly ever do reviews & honestly this is just our playroom/media room couch. This is so comfy (yes a bit hard at first - but once you break it in, it’s great)! All of us gravitate to the play room now to lay on it & veg out. My husband is almost 6’ 3” & my son is a 5’ 8” teen (that is like a bull in a china cabinet) & I’m 5’ 3”. We all fit with plenty of room & we’re usually laying down, lounging. We even fall asleep & don’t get up till morning & my back never hurts the next day. I couldn’t be happier! We had a slight issue w the corner cushion & they sent me another one right away & have been texting me the entire time to make sure everything’s perfect! Mia is super helpful & friendly - not some Bot or AI response or anything - I can’t even believe the customer service is so good! I’m pretty small & put the entire thing together myself! We’re a little boujee/picky & I was terrified to order on Amazon since it’s a large couch! I promise it’s totally worth it! Other furniture stores were going to charge us $2k or more… We actually sit on this more than our $12k Italian leather massage couches! Time will tell how good it’ll hold up, but feels super sturdy. If you’re thinking about it - Get it! You won’t regret it! 👍

I’m late into reviewing this couch because I wanted to see how it would hold up. It’s been 11 months and still the same as the first day we unboxed it! We have a cat and a small dog and even when they have scratched while walking in the couch there have been zero tears! Any spots from day to day wear have easily been wiped up with just a little hot soapy water. I absolutely love this couch and it’s super comfortable! It’s not a couch where you are going to sink into but it’s firm and that’s what I like! The trundle is amazing and we use it often, no issues at all and the storage underneath the chaise is large to fit extra blankets and pillows! Great purchase!

Had an issue with the delivery, through fault of the carrier, but sellers customer service was EXCELLENT. Proactively made me aware and followed up to be sure everything was taken care of. The assembly was very easy and I love the way it looks. I wish the seat cushions were a big deeper/softer but fantastic value for the price. I would definitely purchase from this seller again.

So far my family is really liking this couch. It is firm but that should help it last longer. It wasn't too bad to assemble. The company emailed me to let me know that it was coming in multiple packages.I'd say on the part with the storage compartment to make sure to open it when you go to put the armrest on. Made it way easier

The couch is great! Comfortable, durable, and the company provides great customer service. I lost a back cushion and they replaced it for me free of charge! I highly recommend 👍

First off this product shipped fast however they shipped it with five different boxes two different tracking numbers to which whole section was missing. Contacted Amazon along with the seller to get the mistake rectify. The seller did respond claiming that all the boxes was delivered and that I should check Properly, then they proceeded to tell me I should report the box stolen… Which I could not because I have a doorbell camera and it only showed three boxes delivered on the first tracking number and then One box on the second tracking Upon checking with Amazon customer service they also was able to pull up a picture with the FedEx delivery showing three boxes on the first delivery one box on the second one So I could not lie and report the box missing when it wasn’t missing in the first place I don’t know why they would come up with that. about two weeks going back-and-forth with Amazon Amazon customer service and I finally got a refund because the piece that was missing they figured out that they didn’t have it in the warehouse and was not sure when they will have available to ship it out then proceed to apologize and offer a partial refund to which I declined because I don’t know when I was gonna get the other piece and the sofa has a lot of stains on it even though it shows new on the box and upon sitting on it as it was very Flimsy Also, the hinges keeps coming off from the connecting sofa it was not comfortable and the pull section was uncomfortable as well in appearance it looked very cheap and nothing like the picture in person my advice do not buy and if you can go to an actual furniture store or try a different Amazon store front seller
