Good quality coffee maker
Nice design and good quality product. Makes coffee as expected. The handle is very sturdy and does not become hot, which is very safe.

Work's great
Bought this after having espresso in Aruba with a pot similar to this one. I got the black as I thought it would stay clean looking. My son commented that it looked very high end. I drink the whole thing which amounts to 1 full 8 oz cup of American coffee. It takes about 8-9 minutes to brew and I'm not contributing empty pods to landfills. I only wish I could clean the middle piece where the coffee percolates up through. There is a seal and a screen but not an easy to remove it. There were no Instructions for how to clean the pot in the packaging. Overall I can am happy with it.I did some research and there is a way to take the gasket out so the chimney can be cleaned. Coffee taste better now!

Expresso maker that stays looking elegant
The black color and wood handle of this potkeep it impervious to stains from stove topFlames. Still looks just as it was when I first used it.

Handsome looking moka, sub par performance
This moka looks great & makes a decent cup of coffee... but it's hard for me to recommend for a few reasons:- the grounds funnel feels super flimsy & cheaply made.- the pour spout is not good - it does not allow for a even, mess free pour. I end up making a mess every time I pour coffee.Other than that, it's not a bad moka... but that pour spout makes it tough to recommend.3/5

Very efficient, but often seals poorly; Big design flaw with pour spout
OVERALL: 8/10 would recommendThis is the second moka pot I have owned, with the first being a top of the line bialetti pot. My partner and I simply needed to brew more coffee in the morning for each of us, so we ordered this Morden Moka pot as a second brewer.MATERIAL: much lighter than the original Moka pot, but holds up nonetheless.FUNCTION: makes a faster pot than the original(!). This was quite surprising. On nearly every occasion that I have started both Moka pots at the same time, this pot brewed the fastest, without sacrificing the flavor of the coffee.DESIGN: Two flaws stand out as reasons I cannot give this a perfect rating.#1) the seal on this pot regularly does not hold the steam in, and so the steam spews out from the middle of the device quite powerfully every 2nd or 3rd use. This occurs even after adjusting the O-ring and thoroughly cleaning the device.#2) the pour spout is WAY TOO SMALL. It takes some time to learn how much slower you need to pour with this pot compared to a name-brand version. Coffee flows out the sides of the upper basket when pouring because the spout is so short, small, and narrow that the coffee can't pass through fast enough. This is a huge design oversight that it pretty baffling, as there are no replacement options for this.Overall, this is still a solid Moka pot. Just go in with the caveats above about the design if you plan to order one for yourself. The taste of the coffee is great, it's getting there that can be a bit of a journey here.
