Lift arrived loose in a taped up box. Lift was beyond scratched and also rusty due to scratches. Small hole in box and parts/hardware missing. No instructions in the box to figure out what is missing or not. Not worth what I paid for it.

This item was a little disappointing. The box it came in must have split open in shipping and was re-taped. It was missing a short 11.5" support piece (I fabricated one from some scrap steel box tubing that I had on hand.) and some of the hardware. (I replaced with grade 8 hardware.). The flanges did not mate correctly and there appears to be a crack on the weld of one of the flanges and the threaded locking pin has the wrong size thread ( too large). I figure it would be too much of a hassle to send back or ask for replacement parts. It is usable for what I need it for.

This came with the hardware loose in the box and missing pieces. The hole in the bar that is inserted in the tow receiver was too small to fit a normal hitch pin. AND....the handle which you use to tighten the head of the movable lift did not fit the threaded hole. It was too big.Pathetic.

My package arrived with several nuts and washers and pins missing. The handle was too large and didn't fit the hole. The receiver that mounts to the truck was welded 90 degrees off. I had to buy $25 in new hardware and will have to redesign the receiver. It’s unbelievable how bad condition this lift was sent in.

The product does no even come close to fitting.First the box was beat up a little bit when I went to move the box nuts and bolts started falling out the should at least put the small parts in a bag or box. But hey a trip to Home Depot and $14.00 later got all the parts put on the truck and the feet were about 5” off the ground ok I have leveling blocks that I used with my RV that is the yellow squares you see it the picture but now the unit will not clear my tail gate. Only way to fix it is by adding a piece of tube to the existing tube. So bottom line I don’t klnow what size truck this was made for my truck is a stock F-250 and it’s not even close
