This is great quality it does work. It helped my skin to heal. But it is very heavy and thick and greasy after it takes hours for the greasiness to leave my hands and get absorbed into my skin. It may be what makes it work, but it’s uncomfortable, but I still buy it. I like it because my hands need it

I cannot give this high enough praise. Let me start by saying I do not have eczema, but do have bouts of horribly dry skin and I am also extremely sensitive to most lotions and other products that claim to be fragrance free but still seem to be loaded with perfumes. Although this is not entirely fragrance free it is not a typical perfumed lotion and certainly is not medicinal in aroma either.The most positive thing about it is that it is simply absorbed into dry skin (without alcohol) yet leaves almost no residue. It really does feel like it is adding moisture rather than oil to dry skin. Although called a cream it may be the best use of the word cream for such a product while many others vary from pastes to oils. This may not sound pleasant (or it might) but the best way to describe it might be similar to the consistency of vanilla pudding (not to suggest that it is anything like it nor have I tasted it). But just trying to give an idea of the texture.Lastly I would note that a few years ago Aveeno made a very similar Eczema body wash. It was called "Advanced Body Wash" which was really hard to find and was a wash not a cream but if anyone is familiar with that product (unfortunately discontinued) this appears to be from the exact same line. It is clearly higher priced than some regular store brand options, but there is no comparison. If you simply cannot find a good option to add moisture to dry skin and find yourself constantly trying new brands hoping to find a solution, this is highly recommended.

Con: It doesn't come with a pump, so the picture is wrong. But....PRO: This lotion is great for sensitive skin. Not greasy after it get absorbed. Having a flip top make it easier to get every drop then a pump when the bottle get close to empty. With a flip top you just have to swing it and use centripetal force to get the lotion out where as with the pump that just not possible. The pump works great when the bottle it's full though.

When my son first started exhibiting signs of eczema, we did a lot of research and this product was mentioned FAR MORE than any others so we gave it a try. It began to clear my son's eczema within 24 hours, by the 4th day it was pretty much gone!***NOTE***Many medical experts believe that Eczema is a condition caused by allergens, I also believe this to be true. If you want to solve the eczema issue at its source, you'll have to go through the process of identifying what your child is sensitive to. It could be a food ingredient, chemicals in the laundry, fabrics, dust, pollen, pet dander, etc. My belief is that Eczema is largely a food-related symptom and for us, it was directly linked to dairy products and wheat. I realize this is anecdotal (non-scientific or experience-based) evidence at BEST, but I thought some of you might be able to utilize this information in your own homes with your own kids. Through research, you'd be surprised what you learn about things you think are safe for use and/or consumption in your everyday lives...

Unlike the Wash, this lotion is great for babies with Eczema. The lotion is very moisturizing but not greasy. It does not smell like anything at all, which is great because there's no risk of more irritation on your baby's skin. you get a lot for the money and it goes on the skin very gently and easy. Definitely a life saver to help my baby's Eczema issue, it was recommended by his pediatrician.

Best lotion for eczema or just dry skin. Its literal magic the way it works. If you are struggling really bad, on areas that can be coveree up, I recommend putting a thick layer on the dry area and cover with whatever you can like gloves or socks overnight. When you wake up its like it was never dry or cracked to begin with! Also im one to not apply lotion religiously and the affects from one application last at least 24 hrs for me - and as a chef i am constantly washing my hands with harsh soaps. Seriously if youre on the fence, dont be. Its been a life saver for me. My hand was so bad it would crack and bleed and even be discolored. Not anymore!

I don't have eczema, but my hands were always dry. Tried Aveeno Eczema Therapy for sensitive hands and I felt and could see an immediate difference in how my hands looked and felt. I use it several times a day, whenever I wash my hands, and I love the moisture that it gives to my skin, making my hands appear younger and healthy looking.

This is okay but I think does not actually work as well as Aveeno's Skin Relief Moisture Therapy Repair cream.
