I have been in the market for a good pillow that will support my head and neck. With 2 herniated disc's in my neck, it can be a challenge to get comfy in bed. I searched around and found this pillow and had to try it! It has been the best pillow I have ever had! It supports my head an neck perfectly to where I hardly move at night! It's not too soft and not too firm (just perfect), it's the same size as my last pillow too! I 10/10 recommend this pillow as it has given me pain relief for my neck at night! Bonus points: you can remove the cover (zipper on back) and easily wash it!

First, I feel like I have to state how I use the pillow and why I use the pillow. I quite often wake up with neck pain and a headache or if I don't wake up with the headache the neck pain will still eventually lead to a headache during the day. I saw reviews for this pillow and other pillows similar, very similar actually, but that cost more. My daughter has the same issue and I offered to buy her one of the more expensive pillows for her neck to see if it helped. Instead she asked me for this one. I'm not sure why she picked this one but (likely because she wanted to save me money) I bought her the pillow on the condition that she told me if it helped her neck pain. After she received it. I asked her at least once a week for 2 months if it was helping and it had been. So that led me to purchase my own. The way I use it is what I was a little more concerned with because I also have a wedge pillow that raises my upper body up when I'm asleep to help with snoring and also congestion due to allergies. The combination of these two pillows has been amazing! Both are firm but soft at the same time, which I realize doesn't seem possible, but it's almost like sleeping in a cloud to a point, but there's still enough firmness that I don't feel like I'm suffocating in soft fluffiness. Long story short, I haven't had a headache or a neck ache since I bought this for myself. For those that do still have issues with neck pain, the only thing I could think of that would cause that would be if you're using the wrong side of the pillow and it's too high or too low for you, or possibly that you have worse neck issues or different neck issues than I do that are causing the pain.The pillow feels soft and luxurious. I don't know. I just like the way it feels. Sometimes things just click. The only thing I would recommend is I bought a regular satin pillowcase that's big enough to fit the pillow just because I feel weird getting the actual cover of the pillow dirty or sleeping on it.

My husband was having neck and shoulder pain awaiting nerve block. Though I would get this to help out. After a couple of days, he stated that it doesn't work. I sent it back for a refund and 2 days later, he stated he believes it was working and asked me to order it back. Therefore, it relieved some pain and gave some comfort. It is soft and thick.

I love this pillow. It's lightweight, doesn't smell, is the right firmness for me. I am a side sleeper and i like how my shoulder fits right in the little cutout. I also like that there is a divot in the center because I used to wake up with my ear in pain from the crushing weight of my giant head, and the little cutout gives my poor ear a safe place to escape to.

It’s a good looking product but the zipper easier broke when I attempted to put the cover back on. I washed it when it got here since it smelled like plastic. Super disappointed the zipper broke immediately. I don’t know if cases are sold separately for these but I’d plan on getting a case if so.

Ive had a few different neck pillows and this one has been the best brand thus far. The pillow is not to firm or soft and you'll have great support. Highly recommend and will be buying additional ones this week

I am a side sleeper and like this because it's comfortable and not too firm or too soft. It provides quite a bit of support and is made with quality materials. I did not notice a smell when this arrived!

I have purchased many pillows since my cervical fusion in 2019. Usually I do good with them for a couple of days and they end up in the basement. I have been using this pillow since I purchased it and have actually gotten a good nights sleep and woke up without a sore neck. I would recommend it to anyone that has a problem with their neck and shoulders. The only thing I didn’t like is not having a pillow case that I can takeoff wash in the machine and put back on the pillow itself in the description that was the impression that I got however, I use a standard pillowcase which seems to suffice. for that reason, I’m not giving it five stars.

Slept on it 2 nights already, feeling much better when wake up, no neck pain and my face is not smashed anymore at all. Super comfortable.
