Taste OK, bit too sweet to my taste. I sometimes chew kids's vit gummies, this is much much softer than kids' one. Although I'd prefer harder but I have a sore gum lately, so it is just good for me.

I have purchased the Havasu Elderberry Gummies multiple times. My two kids, my husband, and I take it daily. It has a nice berry flavor that we all love. The texture is smooth, not unpleasant like other gummie supplements. The gummies are convenient to take, especially when traveling. My family uses them to help stay healthy during the cold and flu season, and they truly work to help support our immune system!

I typically take a multivitamin every morning with my breakfast, but I had heard some pretty amazing things from coworkers about Elderberry supplements. I did some research and found most reviews recommended Havasu Premium Elderberry Gummies for their taste, consistency (I'm a texture person) and simplified ingredient list, along with the benefits of Elderberry. My take on the above: 1. Taste - Delicious. I almost crave my morning supplement as a treat for myself. 2. Texture - UM...YUM! I chew it at the same time I chew my other nasty textured multivitamin and I can't even tell it's in my mouth! 3. Simple Ingredient List - I can pronounce everything and I know what it is. Easy. I like it. 4. MOST IMPORTANT - I received my first bottle shortly prior to the COVID-19 pandemic. I took them religiously from the day I received them. Of everyone at work who caught a cold, got the flu, etc. during that time, I was the one with the mildest symptoms. Only a low-grade fever. The only other people who fared as well were those taking an Elderberry supplement. I'm convinced these berries are the best on the market for taste, texture, and efficacy. I will continue to take them as long as they are available because I truly believe they are a benefit to my weak immune health.
