Trampoline Depot Premium Rectangle Replacement Safety PAD

The pads are great. Customer service is great. I reduced one star for 2 reasons:1) Hopefully this review will help others avoid the measuring mistake I made. The description should describe in words how to measure the trampoline for these pads. There is a picture that shows measuring from END TO END of the OUTSIDE FRAME of your trampoline. That is the correct way to use the dimensions for the pads you are purchasing. That may be obvious to people who work with trampolines a lot. But when I read the dimensions I assumed they were for the actual length of the pad, not the outer edge of the trampoline. So I ordered 9X15 pads because that's the length of pad that will fit my trampoline where the pads go. But I actually have a 10X17 trampoline when measured from the outside frame. Needless to say, the pads were to small. So, measure the outermost part of your frame and order that size. Then they will fit.2) The ends of the pads connect with Velcro. In addition there are tie-downs along the pads to secure them to your trampoline over the springs. But there are no tie-downs on the ends, just the Velcro connector. Rectangular trampolines have a big whole in the corners where the pad goes. Kids can fall through the hole on the corners. The pads cover the hole, and they are thick. But the Velcro connector without additional tie-downs on the ends may not be strong enough to prevent the Velcro coming apart at the corners (I don't really know, because my pads were to small to connect them properly). A great enhancement would be to add tie-downs on the ends of the pads to secure them on the corners better.Customer service accepted my return and refunded promptly. The pads are thick and of good quality. And they are about half the price of other rectangular pads. So overall I recommend these. Just be sure to measure them correctly. I may buy the 10X17 and find a way to secure the ends better, now that I know how they fit.

Easy to install -- doesn't perfectly fit my 10x17 trampoline. The pads bunch up in a few places. A few things would make this product better.1) do not stitch the velcro -- if the velcro wasn't fixed to the pad, I could put it where I want and it wouldn't bunch up in places.2) support poles get in the way & push the pad toward the mat -- if there were a way for me to cut a slit in the pad liner without destroying the integrity of the pad, it could fit better.

This product does not fit Skywalker 9x15 rectangular trampoline. There aren’t any openings for the poles and it is too wide and too long. We purchased this product because we were looking for the green to match our play set. Guess we are stuck with the blue that came with Skywalker trampoline.

I need to return this due to it being the wrong size. They are taking the return but with a restocking fee. I can’t imagine it is that hard to put a trampoline pad away.

Great product & great service! Perfect for kids, it’s a thick pad that stays in place & keeps kids feet safe from slipping through the springs.
