Deco 79 Glam Metal Sunburst-Framed Round Wall Mirror, 36" H x 36" L, Multi

DAMAGED IN SHIPMENT (see pics below)Received package with very poor wrapping around the sculpture. ONE of the arms of 80 broke off the main weld. Being it was metal, should have been able to reweld. WRONG! So I had to resort to another method. 3/16" x 1.25" 2 way wood to metal screw. Drilled hole into main carriage circle, screwed in screw to lock at bottom of carriage, screwed arm to the sculpture.Now, I love ART of any kind. So for me, this was a slight challenge to fix. But it should have come wrapped in bubble wrap with double thick cardboard, many of the arms were BENT forward, sideways and cups twisted. THE PICTURE DOES NOT REPRESENT THIS PRODUCT ADEQUATELY. The RED and GREEN objects on the arms were NOT jewels, not plastic, but concave cups with splattered paint!The damaged reweld had to be repainted to look good. I shopped for a couple of months before I finally decided to try this starburst mirror. I couldn't make out exactly what the detail was when I purchased it, so I've added some photos to help others. The round details are metal, half-orbs, kind of like small bowls that have a beautiful rusty red-orange or gunmetal blue-grey mottled glaze inside. These aren't really colors that I decorate with but they aren't exactly calling a lot of attention, either. I was impressed with this mirror from the moment I opened the (nicely constructed) box. It hangs with a single keyhole hook on the back of the mirror part so it is not visible once it's on the wall. I hung mine with a drywall anchor and a screw, I wouldn't trust the weight on just a picture nail. It's not terribly heavy, and I hung it by myself, but it does weigh more than a photo frame.

This is very beautiful looking wall art with the mirror. It also looks very elegant and adds to the beauty of your living room. It is not very heavy and wasn't difficult to install. The round pieces look like round shiny balls but they are empty shells but you cannot make it out once its up on the wall. The price is bit on higher end according to the size but looks great.

This was the perfect sunburst for my living room unique design subtle and colorful. An artisan look so there are a few flaws. (no biggie) I am very happy with my purchase!

IT DIDN'T LOOK GREAT WHEN IT ARRIVED WITH ITS COLORS A TURN OFF(RED,GREEN AND BRONZE) THEN I THOUGHT OF A WAY TO MAKE IT LOOK BETTER,I SPRAY PAINTED IT AND I BOUGHT SOME BLING AND ADDED TO IT AND NOW IT LOOKS GREAT.AM DISAPPOINTED THEY NO LONGER SHIP THE PRODUCT TO AUSTRALIA

It was really well packed. Looks beautiful! Teal and red go well with the chair:)

Need to add to why item was returned other than "no longer needed". Item was not as illustrated in photo. Colors in the circles in the photo appeared to be black & tan but in reality colors were green & orange/red. Craftsmanship was notthat great, either. Thank you.

Piece is not quite as shiny ah the picture, but I really like that. I thought the round things were balls but thy are cups, open on top, which gives the piece a more sophisticated look. The colors are maroon and (depending on the light) green/dark grey/blue...but definitely neutral enough that it is not an issue. Sophisticated, fun, a real statement piece!
