Beware! The "Sellers" selling these type of homes are usually "New Sellers," because they constantly change their "company's" name. I received A TUBE OF DEODORANT, as "a gift," in the mailbox. This seller was trying to convince me to accept that I had received my tiny house because Amazon wants the items shipped within 7 days. AFTER 45 days, my house would arrive. That means, you'd be past the 30 days Amazon allows for refunds. This is a complete and total SCAM!!!We did buy a tiny house from Chery Industrial, through Amazon. We bought a 19×20 tiny home from them. The 19x20 home includes a full batheoom, all plumbing, a toilet, shower, sink, and an exhaust fan. It also has kitchen cabinets with a sink. It has no electricity. You can have an electrician wire it or purchase a solar generator with panels for your electrical needs. We are DELIGHTED with our tiny home from Chery Industrial. 🤗

The foldability comes in handy, just don't try to fold it up with your stuff still inside – lesson learned.

I got home drunk one night and was stumbling. I tripped over my plants and fell into the wall outside, the whole thing just started folding up right in front of me! I accepted defeat and slept on the flattened house. What a waste of money, I put it back up the next day though. Just didn’t know that I would have to rebuild my house every time I get drunk

Your dimensions are off and do not display accurately what you are claiming the product to be. Bedroom wall-to-wall only equal up to 8330mm and not the 9000 like is claimed. Exact dimensions are extremely important for people who are not putting this on a slab but pouring a pier foundation for it.
