I bought the black version before and decided to order more because it is fairly practical and makes things more accessible rather than saving a huge amount of space. The upper pullout drawer is a definite plus. Assembly is simple and easy and takes about 5 mins, just because there are a lot of pieces to put together.I first ordered the white version, but it came all mangled, so I had to return it. Then I noticed they had a gold version that didn’t look too bad on the photos. In person, I found the color to be SO UGLY that I was tempted to return these, too. It’s an ugly metallic khaki green and a real turn off, but I decided to just keep it and move on. If you’re trying to get the gold color, pick something else! I should have stayed with the white or black.

I got two, and after some fairly involved assembly, which was handled mostly by a friend, one went under the kitchen sink perfectly. I had planned for the other one to go under the bathroom sink--and I had measured it before buying this--but it did not quite fit. The measurements were fine, but I hadn't accounted for a pipe that came out of the floor of the cabinet about two inches from the back wall.I think it is a testament to how great this product is that even with the modifications we had to make to the tray (cutting out a section of the basket's rim--see the pictures), it is still quite sturdy.Also note that I've posted the assembly instructions, in cases that's of any help to anyone.

I had to get a new dishwasher installed and needed to clean out the stuff under my sink - it was like King Tut's tomb under there. I don't know who put all that stuff there, but it was time to get organized!I thought the shelves were easy to assemble - I have one cat that likes to supervise and she found the construction very entertaining. There were spare parts if you need them. The shelves are sturdy and the sliding action is smooth.

Let me start out by saying I love this organizer. It fits under the sink perfectly, easy to assemble and overall well made. However one of the large baskets are missing the four plastic pieces that attach it to the rest of the structure. Which is incredibly frustrating because overall this organizer is awesome! I was at least able to assemble one. If it wasn’t for those missing pieces this would easily be a 5 star product.

Very satisfied with these under sink organizers. pros: pieces went together easily; top shelf was easy to adjust **choose the height up front**; shelves slide easily. Con: assembly instructions were not a crisp black print which made them hard to read (in a well lit area)

I tried to work this out with the automated Amazon system, but it is too dumb to understand the issue. I received the parts for two shelves. I was able to assemble one. When I went to assemble the second one, I couldn't because two of the parts were misshapen in the manufacturing process. Both of the parts labeled as "the foot" are not square therefore the top tube can't be telescoped into it to form the structure of the shelf. Upshot is that I ended up paying for two shelves and only have one. I can't return this because I already assembled one shelf. The return would be based on me sending back both. The assembled shelf is great. I like it. It works as advertised. But I feel robbed.Update 5/17/2024: I'd like to let everyone know that the seller made it right. As soon as they saw my review they contacted me and offered a refund or replacement. I asked for a replacement. They kept in touch with me to make sure I knew when it would be delivered, and then when it was delivered. I received another box with parts for two shelves. It was the same issue of one set of the feet were out of square and unusable, but the other set was fine. The issue was rectified though. I now have the two shelves I paid for. Thank you.
