The quality of the rack exceeded my expectations, and I trust its rated weight limit.In terms of aesthetics, there are a few improvements I think could enhance its appearance. I might be being a bit picky, but I believe that black hardware would greatly improve the overall look. However, I was able to spray the hardware with some matte black Rust-Oleum spray paint, which works well.Installation can be a bit challenging if you're doing it alone, but it's not overly difficult. The tricky part is getting it centered, so I would recommend having someone assist you to speed up the process. When I worked alone, it took me about 45 minutes to get everything properly aligned. The instructions provided were somewhat lacking, but if you have experience assembling similar items, you should be able to figure it out.All-in-all I would purchase it again, and would gladly recommend it for the price.

This was actually clutch. I bought this to store our luggage for a family of four on the roof of my Kia Soul. The soul fits 4 people comfortably enough, but the storage is limited with all of us in there. Like other roof attachments I’ve had, there was no shaking or bending of the bars, even after hours on the freeway. It was super sturdy.

64” Rack roof fit great on Highlander wasn’t to big like I thought it would be, looks great. The clips were not perfectly center on my cross bars but I could easily move my cross bars and recenter them. Easy installation other than the fairing was a little hard to get the screws to line up just a little patients.A big plus was if I decided to make it smaller then 64” it’s doable the rack is adjustable to go smaller if needed by removing the center insert. Very happy with my purchase. Hope this reviews helps others who owns a Highlander I searched everywhere for this info and no one spoke on the results of size.

Does hold 500lbs. For the price, I was totally expecting it to show some weakenesses, maybe even break in half. But it held stout, without even flinching. I did a jumping test as soon as I assambled it ( I weight 195lbs), I jumped on it several times and could not feel any flexing of any kind. Am super pleased with this purchase, considering similar used products sell for about the same amount on the marketplace. I carried 500lbs of drain field rocks from my local home improvement store to my house (2 mile trip).

This roof basket is the best bang for your buck. I did a lot of research before purchasing this item because it was going to be on a 3500 mile road trip. After reading the reviews and seeing the size (54" fits great on my '24 Forester sport) I decided to give it a try. I had read on some of the other reviews that it got wet and rust dripped on to their roof so I bought some rustolium to spray it down with so that wouldn't happen. It arrived in the mail quickly and was easy to assemble. I only wish in the instructions they would remind you to check the ubolt's tightness after loading the basket because they will loosen.

First on my 2015 Chevy Trax better then expected. Fairly easy to put together as well. Good value for the money.
