CHIC HOUSE Corduroy Modular Sectional Couch with Ottoman Chaise, L/U Shaped Sleeper Sofa for Living Room, Apartment, Lounge, Modern Armrest Neck Support Furniture (5 Seater Sectional, Green)

I bought three separate CHIC HOUSE modular furniture sets: the beige 4-seater couch (3 seats plus an ottoman), the beige 7 seater L-shaped sectional (6 seats plus an ottoman), and the gray 4 seater couch. I put the beige couch on the riser in my theater room and used its ottoman with the L-shaped sectional on the floor. Now I have comfy seating for at least 9 people! I added gold throw pillows for a pop of color and to match the room decor. I purchased additional arms for the gray couch and separated the pieces into a chair and loveseat for another small sitting area in my house. Shipping was prompt, packaging was great, and assembly was a breeze with easy-to-follow instructions. I was able to unbox and easily move each piece into place myself for assembly. In the 15(!) boxes I received, there was only ONE set of felt protectors missing, which I didn't need anyway. These couches obviously aren't high-end furniture, but the fabric seems sturdy enough. The furniture looks great and is extremely comfortable. I'd like to see more color options in the sectional, such as brown and navy, but the colors I chose look nice. Great value for the price! Highly recommend!

I LOVE THIS COUCH!!So this is a lengthy review but please read to the end if you are considering purchasng this couch or anything else from this company. So I originally had another couch picked out to buy. I was looking for a modular sectional for our living room. But then the price increased on that one to $900. I was browsing again and came across this one and there was a $200 off coupon. So it was only $600. This was literally the easiest thing to put together that I've ever bought on Amazon. Each section/seat is in its own separate box with its own separate instruction sheet. The hinges that attach the seat to to storage ottoman are already attached. The brackets that connect the back rest part to the seat are already attached. Literally all you have to do is put the legs on and slide the bracket on the back part into the one thats on the seat part...BOOM DONE!! the only other part is putting on the little connecter peices if you want to connect the seats together . The seller is amazing!! I actually messaged them to ask them a few questions that I couldn't find in the listing... i wasn't trying to return a whole couch lol. They were very thorough, quick to respond, and even included photos!!Those questions were...#1 . Do the seats connect together? Yes they do. There are little peices that can connect them that I attached in the photos.#2 Do the back cushions attach? They are all held on by velcro. Even with our two dogs(one of those a puppy) they stay in place pretty well#3 If one section gets damaged can I buy just that section instead of having to replace a whole couch? They said that I canThere are also pictures of the brackets and the whole couch in the photos.This couch is also rearrangable. You can arrange it however you like. The ottomans do not attach. My only suggestion would be that I wish they had somehow to attach them quickly if u want to move them back. I keep ours against the wall as you can see in the photos just because my puppy likes to bump into them constantly lol. We just move them as we need them.Overall....very nice couch for the price!! I will definitely be looking to purchase from this company in the future!!

First, did research read/watched review videos and photos. It’s first couch purchased online and in16yrs so I spent time looking. Had budget and choose green corduroy L shaped. The couch is very good quality. Easy to put together (by myself). Paired with 4 feather coordinated pillows. And added Turstin 5.7 inch legs (purchased on Amazon) as wanted added height. They screwed in easily and love the height (@3.5 vs 5.7 inches). Couch is very comfortable and will soften more over time- really a pretty couch, well made.Now for the cons- shipping errors were a real nightmare. 3/4 boxes arrived but reportedly FedEx lost 4th box (couch arms and sm pillows). Literally for about month FedEx packages sent to NJ and Maryland not to Georgia. I even notified of incorrect delivery address before due dates but still had mis- deliveries. Made numerous texts to Chic House thru Amazon app. Called FedEx but they said contact Chic House. Chic House (based in China) customer service responded within 24 hrs each time and were apologetic and responsive. Called amazon customer service numerous times and they messaged thru Amazon app portal to assist.Amazon let chic house lead resolving issues but I’m confident Amazon would have refunded quickly if not addressed. I will request refund of shipping cost due to a month of hassles waiting at house for notified delivery time slots, taking time to accept numerous fedex shipments which never came. We’ll see if that happens. Amazon has exceptional customer service in my experience. Chic House customer service was very helpful, respectful and responded within a day.In the end I’m pleased with couch, reasonably priced- pretty and well made (wood and metal frame). Similar couches cost double or more. Just be sure you get 4 packages not 3. And track shipping closely, make sure it’s correct info. Would’ve given 3 stars due to shipping errors but really like couch and Chic House customer service was very responsive, so 4 stars. Without shipping problems would’ve been 5 stars.
