How large are these pills? I have a bad gag reflex and have a hard time swallowing large pills.

One trick with capsules is to fill your mouth with water and pop the capsule in. Then duck your head down and the capsule will float up effortlessly to the entrance to your throat. You can then swallow with ease and very little sensation.

What else is in there besides bitter melon?I am asking the seller.

I see organic bitter melon standardized extract 250mg fruit, organic bitter melon powder 12.3 mg, momordica charantia 2.5%,bitters 6.25mg, this is all.

Did this work immediately (sugar went down) or did you see results over a period of time?

The body itself takes 2 to 3 hours to digest anything and a day or 2 to go through your blood stream so immediately no... I took this and some other organic meds plus a lot of exercise and water for my liver and my sugar levels did go down as well nothing can beat diet and exercise though
