I waited a year to rate this gazebo on purpose. When considering which gazebo to buy, I would have benefited greatly from the information I now have. The 3 boxes were delivered on two different days, and I spent several hours identifying each and every part listed and watching customer assembly videos online, which were helpful. I labeled disposable cups and separated all the nuts, bolts, screws, small parts. Two of the roof panels were missing so I emailed customer service to get them replaced, which I learned was not easy to do since the seller didn’t know which of the 3 boxes should have contained the pieces. Instead of sending the pieces, they had to re-send the entire gazebo!!! So, I gifted my handyman the extra gazebo once he assured me he could improvise a solution for the 2 missing roof panels. I am a 52 yo Mom, and my 3 sons were more than enough help to put it together- it was assembled for about a week with the missing roof panels while we waited for the replacements to be delivered. I had my handyman anchor the gazebo to four concrete pillars he created since that was above my experience. I also had an electrician install outdoor grade outlet boxes so I could add lights and ceiling fans. The gazebo has performed admirably since day one, and now I can BBQ rain or shine. Here in southeast TX we have lots of storms, and it has not failed us even through Hurricane Beryl. The metal roof does get very hot in the direct midday sun, and that heat is felt underneath, so that needs to be considered. One very very big win is the double-top design which did EXACTLY what it was supposed to. I was originally more concerned with preventing smoke accumulation but I was also very worried my beautiful gazebo would be picked up by the hurricane winds or the roof would peel away but it stood strong!!! I noticed the curtains are starting to fade a little due to the Texas sun and I will probably try to replace them at some point-I will update once I take on that task. I hope it won’t be too much trouble. Overall I would buy it again without hesitation.

The finished results made this purchase and wait worthwhile. I’ve watched this specific gazebo for two years and finally bought it when the price paired with an incentive made it a great buy. It was a bear to assemble what with a billion screws and seemingly endless metal roof tiles. Factor in unseasonable heat and humidity in May, and by the end of the third day, we were over it. Two of us, 55yo, and we were exhausted but happy with the finished results. One of the four columns had three dents in it and one of the horizontal braces between the columns had a dented part. The clips on the edges of the roof panels were not easy to assemble - we succeeded by using clear packing tape on all of them. A very important step and diagram was missing from the instructions but watching the video a half dozen times and making an educated guess helped us overcome this challenge. Clearly, the quality of the assembly instructions were not tested or proven before going to print. Getting the entire contraption square before bolting it down was another fun aspect of the build where fun is another way of writing troublesome. We’ve installed two ceiling fans on each of the two hooks, connecting them both to a Ring outdoor dual outlet extension. They’re controlled easily with the Ring app and we don’t have to use a step stool to turn them on or off. Unfortunately, the summer heat has set in so it’s way too hot to enjoy using this but it’s all ready for the end of summer an autumn. Next, pavers and landscaping.

The parts were very well put together and cut to very good specifications. All of the parts went together very smoothly and did not require any extra rigging or cutting. The instructions were very easy to follow and did not require very much technical skill, but there's LOTS of screws, so I recommend a power tool to save your wrist. I also modified and reinforced the roof by adding in a long 2x4 in the peak so I could mount a ceiling fan. The only issue I had was that the screens that go between the gap in the upper and lower roof had its glue all melted and stuck together. This was not the fault of the seller, I bought this in July in Florida, and it was really really hot. I wish the manufacturer did a better job at packaging so the glue wouldn't have oozed onto the other pieces and got stuck, but I was able to get it cleaned up and reglued anyway. Also, I was missing about ten #3 screws and had to buy them at the hardware store. The seller was empathetic and willing to work to resolve my issue and work things out. I would highly recommend this gazebo to anyone else and love how it looks in my patio!

The media could not be loaded.  I ordered 2 of there for an outdoor living space. Overall they are good but the screens at the top were glued together and look terrible. I am starting the set up on the send ones now, hopefully I will not be disappointed too. DO Not and I meant do not purchase from this company. WHY - you cannot purchase replacement parts. We had a wind storm, yes only a wind storm and one of the structures was damaged 3 legs as a matter of fact. I contacted the manufacturer directly to PURCHASE new legs and was told they don’t sell replacement parts. I would have to replace another…. That is a heck no. Again this is meant for outdoors so it is expected things may happen. I also expect that I could purchase parts if that happened. Very sad find a company that stand by there products as it is not this one. BTW less than a year old and couldn’t handle a wind storm!

I like the style and the color. Perfectly shades the deck for many hours. Directions and assembly were relatively easy, however you definitely need help. It went much smoother with 2 people.I would highly recommend this style and manufacturer.

I waited to review to ensure the gazebo held up so here it goes1- comes in 100s of pieces, took my husband and a friend 3 days to complete.2- zippers on curtains broke within 2 weeks (seller offered partial refund).3- made it through the Pocono Mountains winter.4- So far no rust, no bowing and no other issues besides the curtains.5- great responsive seller.6- overall great value for others I have seen.
