Awesome and fun!
Very cool, fun to build, and challenging set. Definitely takes some time to complete but very rewarding when you're done. I appreciated that it included little brackets on the back to make hanging it up easier. There's also quite a few extra pieces that I added where I thought they fit in.

Pretty Bird Building Set Thats Worth The Time
The media could not be loaded. Got this for my kiddo who loves both parrots and building things and we spent a fun weekend putting it together! The colors are really nice - lots of bright greens and reds that actually look like a real parrot when its done. The tree part is clever with little pink flowers that make it look like spring time. Took us about 3 hours to build (with snack breaks lol) and the finished size is perfect for her desk - not too big but big enough to show off the details. The blocks are tiny which makes it more challenging but also more satisfying when you get it right. My daughter needed help with some of the trickier parts but she was so proud when we finished. Few heads up tho - the pieces are really small so they can be easy to drop (we lost one under the couch for 10 mins) and some of the connections are a bit tight which was tough for her smaller hands. The instructions are mostly pictures which worked ok but we had to backtrack a couple times when we put pieces in the wrong spots. Really like how it looks now that its done - sitting on her bookshelf and everyone who comes over notices it. The branches are a bit delicate so weve had to fix them couple times when dusting but nothing major. My daughter loves showing it off to her friends and telling them she built it herself. Good project for rainy days or quiet weekends when you want something to do together.

Excellently Slow And Steady
This is an excellent set. I just finished it and, while the pieces are smaller than their more popular counterpart, they're not too small to enjoy. They fit together just as tight and give you plenty of spares--since you'll probably lose a few if you try to rush through this set. The final product looks exactly as I expected. I'm very happy to display the "Star Trench".A couple of important notes before you start building this set:1) Early on, get familiar with what the pieces look like from the top-down view. The instructions do give an angled view, but it can be hard sometimes if there are pieces behind others, while the top-down perspective works really well once you understand orientation and how the slightly bolder line separates the newly added pieces.2) The instructions don't tell you when to open each bag, but there is a system to it. As you go through the book, you'll find that it's designed in 5 columns of 2 bases and they have you piece those base sets together before connecting each of those sets of 2. The bags correspond to these bases, so bags labeled "1" are the first set of 2, bags "2" are for the next set, and so on. Then bags "6" are the frame and 7, the ships. If you follow this format, you'll have a few spare pieces at the end of each set and I threw those in a ziplock bag just in case I needed them but never did.3) Make sure to set aside the specific pieces for each step before you start. This helps SO MUCH! Since the instructions can give you lots of pieces at a time and with only 2 perspectives, making sure you have all the pieces ready makes it easy to figure out when you are missing a piece or perhaps forgot one in a rush. I missed a piece here and there because I tried to grab and go early on, but I learned my lesson quickly. Every time I prepped the step, I never forgot a piece and it felt satisfying to move to the next step.Enjoy this one!

Looked really nice for the price, but critical flaw, unable to build set
Was really impressed with the quality of this set for the price seemed very close to the name brand included bags for each section not just one big bag of pieces, and had a clear and easy to follow instruction booklet I've just started building it but looking forward to finishing it and displaying it! I've also found that the bricks were small enough to be a little challenging without being too aggravating which is appreciated they are a good size. Also I've purchased a few sets on Amazon and this is by far the one with the best quality that I've come across and it was also one of the best priced so highly recommend!UPDATE: I was kind of busy so I didn’t get around to finishing the build right away spoiler alert. I’m outside of the return window. This Lego set was unbreakable for me. I don’t know if I’ve got defective pieces or what, but it just would not come together, specifically the step where you put the black joint for the tree together it just doesn’t work the little piece that holds the tree together is one little peg in a hole, there’s no structure behind it. You’ve got all this weight on this one critical piece and it just will not hold. Furthermore, every time you try to assemble that piece other sections fall apart because they’re not engineered well it’s like they didn’t use the Legos. They just built straight sheets and then press them together with one or two little pegs holding them together and those pegs constantly fall apart I’m very disappointed because it was coming together well and looking very nice, but in terms of the engineering or design, I just can’t make it hold. I sat there for two hours yesterday trying to work on this one step and it doesn’t work. I also have a problem with the fact that they tell you to blue several pieces along the way that’s not building blocks at that point it’s model building and that’s not what this kit was supposed to be overall I’m extremely disappointed because it was looking really good and I was excited to build this one would absolutely not recommend, zero stars .
