Fender Electric Bass Gig Bag is not a heavily padded guitar case that I would use if I were checking it into public transportation along with suitcases or other baggage but rather one that I would take if I were traveling in my own vehicle.For my purpose it fits my needs, it is a great case for the price and goes well with my Fender Bass!

Not super padded, but enough to keep a bass out of the elements.Definitely wouldn’t take a bass guitar on the plane with this case

It's thin and the protection is very limited, especially for the price. This should have been $15 maximum.
