Cooking Guidelines (serves 3 to 4):
1) Heat 1 tablespoon of sunflower oil. Cook 4 duck s on both sides to taste (pink in centre is ideal)
2) Remove the duck and place to one side
3) Heat the Plum and Mandarin sauce through until piping hot
4) Slice the duck into 1-2cm slices. Serve on noodles or rice with sauce poured over.
