Cesar Milan is my hero with dogs and I just took in a new one. This is a soft fabric but when place right behind his ears, high on the neck, he is a perfect gentleman of a dog. I use fishing line to sew the tags to the side of the collar because I hate the jingle noise. I have this sort of collar on both of my dogs and it is machine washable and nice.

My dog had TPLO surgery and needs to be on a leash every time she is not confined. This works great to just slip over her head and keep her close!

The collar is very this, obviously for a very small dog

I like it because it is lightweight, and strong. I just started to use a slip leash, and needed a collar to stay on my dog to hold her city tag, and he rabies license. I saw this and thought it might work for me. It arrived on time and in good condition. When the large envelope arrived I thought it was empty. There was not a lump or bulge to be found, but once I opened it there it was, a very small package indeed. It was a very tight squeeze over my Pekes head ( for those who don't know about Pekingese, they have a very round head) once on there was some room, but I was concerned it might be a little snug. I was concerned that the next size would be too loose. I had an idea to use a key chain ring to increase the size just a little. It worked!! It slipped over her head, she doesn't even know she's got it on and now she's legal! I still like the collar because it's lightweight, and the color (I got the light beige so it blend into her fawn coloring) blends in and isn't conspicuous. Maybe I could have found a collar that was just the right size, but that could have taken a lot of looking,ordering, and returning. Also I might have looked further if I had actually been looking for a collar to actually use with a leash for walking her. Overall for my purpose I have found this to be well made, strong and comfortable for my dog.

Too small

I ordered a 9mm x 24”, but was sent a 5mm x 20”. The correct color, but too small for my dog. I’m waiting on a replacement and hoping they send the correct size.I personally use these as show collars and match the color of the collar to the color of the dog, so you can’t see it.Reading the reviews, it seems very few people know how to properly use these collars.The 2 rings are correct—you do not put one ring inside the other. That’s not a collar problem, that’s a user problem. Also, this is not collar you walk a 40 lb, untrained puppy around on. Especially the 5 and 7 mm. These are great collars for trained dogs and for handlers that know how to properly use them.

N soft for dog neck

The collar is not good quality. I ordered a 14 which fit,but loosely. I took my girl on a training walk, her first one. She had 10 small corrections. The collar is now stretched to 17 inches I will be returning it tomorrow.
