I ordered these almost a month ago and the lasted for close to 2 weeks. The box was delivered carefully, being placed on my front stoop at an angle against the porch pillar and shaded completely from direct sunlight. The roses were packaged beautifully in a protective pink box that opened up to a card that gives a little background story of the flowers and the people that work to get your bouquet 💐 to you fresh. It also includes instructions for caring for the roses and the plant food to add to the vase when filling it with water before you add the flowers. I’m not great with setting up flower arrangements so I took the time to read the instructions fully. To my surprise, I learned something completely new…..when filling the vase with the water mixed with the plant food you also add ICE cubes. I was worried that it would harm the roses but I was wrong, they continued to open up over the next 24 hours and stayed looking beautiful and fresh. There were no thorns to have to worry about, you just trim the stems at an angle and add them to the prepared vase. I would definitely recommend ordering these roses instead of the ones from well know flower websites as the freshness and delivery were far better and less than the other sites charge.There’s just something special about having flowers delivered to your home; it’s such a mood booster and a little bit of extra happiness for a couple of weeks. The flowers were not fresh; it was a pathetic excuse fora a bouquet. I would rather have given my daughter nothing for her 62nd birthday than this "bouquet". In addition, it was tagged as "next day delivery, and instead, it arrived 5 days later!

I ordered 4 dozen roses for my mother for her 80th birthday and two dozen for my MIL for Mothers Day. They were packaged beautifully and arrived in a timely fashion. Sadly after 24 hours, the red and yellow roses started wilting. The seller was extremely responsive and worked with me to find a solution. In addition to a partial refund - which I thought was fair becasue they were not all bad/wilting - they also sent my mother another 4 dozen stunning red roses. Although she claimed she did not want replacement flowers she was thrilled. I could not bring myself to take away stars despite the issue with the first order because they were so easy to work with and willing to fix the issue without delay. I am extremely impressed with this seller ... superior in every way and I will definitely buy from them again!!

The flowers were well packaged to survive delivery; they even had a moistened cloth at the base to keep them fresh. Ample greenery was included to make displaying them even nicer. The roses were absolutely beautiful! This is the first time I've ever ordered flowers on line (through Amazon) and it won't be the last!

Deliver to Daughter who rently became a Mom sent flowers for Moms Day, she was not at home and packagevwas outbin humid conditions forvatvleastvan hour, but thankfully it was packed in such a thoughtful was the flowers were preserved and beautiful, i did not buybthem with a vase and theybwere boxed and from guatemala, they also included eucalyptus.

I ordered 2 dozen red roses for my wife and 1 dozen assorted roses for my daughter. They were supposed to be delivered the day before Valentine’s Day. Never got them. Then, late on Valentine’s Day, I received 1 dozen red, no assorted. Amazon helpfully tells me that both orders have been delivered. Nope. The 1 dozen I did receive were of marginal quality. 2 roses look dead or diseased. The rest are small but ok. Not much greenery To go with them. I put them in a vase and arranged as best I could. But daughter got nothing. I feel like I’ve been ripped off for an over 100 dollar order. I filed a complaint with seller…so we shall see. But regardless… very very dissatisfied. I should have gone to Walgreens, actually would have received flowers, better quality, for a third the cost. RIPPED OFF and MAD.
