Way better than I expected. I got this to move beer kegs around, and it works perfect. Lifts high enough to get in the back of my f150 and rolls very nice with the big wheels. It is heavy so the packaging from delivery was pretty much destroyed, but it was all there and no damage to the lift itself.

We bought the material lift pallet jack to help with many projects. It was easy to assemble and allows safe heavy lifting by a single person. It was bought to prevent strain on the back and it has been great. It is portable so it is easy to move around and store. I recommend it.

The media could not be loaded. There was a manufacturing defect and i was unable to assemble the unit. The main rod for lifting were supported by 3 supports, the rod was designed to go thru the 3 supporting holes. The defect? The holes weren’t aligned and thus unable to finish assembly. Sent video to seller, Cost me $102 shipping by UPS.Seller did respond, but the solutions didn’t help. The center ring support was hand welded and misaligned.The seller didn’t mentioned refund of return shipping cost.Update: Seller refused to refund the return shipping cost.

I did not run into any of the problems other customers had with the lift. I believe the design has been slightly modified to make it easier to use and assemble (one wrench included). There was a straight-through (non-threaded) rod for the wheels that worked great. I also found the flat plate very useful for my purposes. I purchased this primarily to move a 419lb FireKing 2-Drawer Lateral File Cabinet and it performed perfectly for my task. The elevate height was more than sufficient to get to the inside of my 2003 GMC Yukon back area and cleared the hatch which is what I wanted. The weight did not seem to be an issue at all for the lift which was my primary concern. Moving the cabinet was easy and made what would have been impossible for me alone into a task that didn't take a lot of effort on my part. I wholeheartedly recommend this product to anyone looking to move heavy items into/out of SUV's and trucks. I'm sure it will last for many years! There was no rubbing on tires either as others have mentioned.

This lift makes my life much easier and my back is very happy. moving heavy objects is no problem.

The box that it was delivered in was immensely damaged and retaped up like this thing shot out of the box at some point. It arrived undamaged however, only missing one locking nut. It did require calibration with the chains to get it level.I will update my review after I use it to move 300 lb sculptures if my opinion of it changes. So far so good though. Hopefully this is the thing that will save my and my partner's backs.

My husband and I are contractors, we are a crew of two. This lift was purchased to help us install double wall ovens, what a game changer!! Very easy to use as well. Side note it will pump up to the height of a typical pickup bed; this is very helpful for loading and unloading. We both feel it paid for itself after using it the first time!
