No werid or taste. Doesn’t make my toddler drowsy or feel groggy the next day.

This stuff is so good for your kids if they struggle to go down for bed and it is safe. My daughter sometimes struggles to go to sleep at a decent time for school and we have to give her some to ensure she gets a restful nights sleep. This works so well but you have to make sure that you give it to them with enough time for them to get a full night's sleep. It is worth your money and my toddler does not mind the taste or smell. Definitely recommend it if your little struggles to go to sleep.

I got this product for my children when they were having trouble sleeping and going down, getting sufficient sleep. Since we started using this I have noticed that they definitely calm down for sleep. I do like this product because my husband doesn’t want to use products with melatonin for our kids, I like that it does not have that and it just helps them calm down. They both take it no problem and my four year old has communicated that it tastes really good. It is super easy to use and smells great. It has so far appeared to function and be effective like it states. My kids calm down after taking it, they don’t fall asleep with it, but it helps give them some calm for bedtime.

I tried this so many times I’ve used a whole bottle, I wanted it to work since it’s an all natural sleep aid but I honestly do not notice a difference when I give this to my son, he still fights sleep and wakes up multiple times a night
