If you think of Barney and Grimace (pun intended) when you hear big and purple then you are ready for next level body relief. It is very sturdy. I am a larger woman and it definitely holds up and gets deep into the fascia and muscle. I am working on better mobility and this roller was a great choice for loosening my tight - well - everything.

Wonderful roller it helps with your back legs, arms thighs. I use it all the time.

I couldn’t live without a foam roller. This gets the trick done, helps me stretch & crack my back. And roll the knots out of my legs… i haven’t mastered how to get the knots out the glutes, but i know you can & it’s on my bucket list.

Only reason for 4 stars is I expected it to be longer. Still does the job, but a few extra inches would make certain exercises easier. Overall, solid product.

On the firmness is great, the color is black helps out with my stiff muscles the size is perfect and a very easy to you.

Great little roller. Good for travel and bringing to and from sports.

This was a little hard, I thought it was soft.

Better priced than most and just what you need to roll.
