Excellent product. I am 6' 5" tall, 280lbs. Narrow hips, small bottom, so my other underwear and pants tend to sag. These size 2XL fit a tad bit loose so they do not irritate skin, smooth, tailored, look like normal underwear. The waist band fits snug and smooth feeling, and does not irritate the large vertical surgical scar below my navel. Seems well made and just the right stretch in the material. The front absorbant pouch and fly is designed just right. I have sporadic urine dribble of about a tablespoon when I move to sit or stand, or at times when I get too full. ** Incidentally, it looks like I could slip a typical underwear pad in the front pocket formed by the fly and the inner wall of the front panal, if needed! I will update this writing after I have laundered these 15 times, and can comment on durability. I will buy again.

This underwear design has been a miraculous find. I can ditch those horrible man-pons i thought i had been reduced to rely on. Im actually drier, no leaks, and so much easier to wear. While I wish the front shield was a bit taller towards the waistband, I can wear this with confidence and no worries.

The sizing on the briefs is difficult to determine. I ordered a 2XL because of the hip size indicated on the chart. The size fit okay, but the crotch area sat very low and felt heavy. They would be very warm in warm weather. I did not feel comfortable, but a smaller size would have probably been too tight. I returned them to try something else.

My husband says they are comfortable, don’t show under dress pants, work for giving confidence when at longer events. But don’t know about major absorbency as not necessary for him. Feel like regular underwear.
