1st Hydration Day Pack
I bought this pack for my walk to work. Summers in NC can be hottt. I will update this review after I break the pack in. It arrived with everything described and looks durable enough for everyday use.I used it for the first time and am impressed. The phone pouch easily holds my IPhone 14Pro and it looks like a ProMax would fit as well. I am 6’3” and 300 pounds and the backpack fit just fine. What I absolutely love is the hip straps are removable. I was concerned with my longer torso, I would have hanging straps; however, I did check the length of the hip straps and it looks like it could fit about a 48” waist on a shorter person. Size wise with a filled bladder in place, the pack holds additional about the same as my other 15L day-pack. I love the pockets because I can keep everything separate. I also bought this pack because it is water resistant (a rain cover is included in the bottom of the pack) because my other day-pack is not resistant to heavy sweat and would wick into the pack. This day-pack kept it all out so everything was nice and dry when I got to work.Overall this pack is versatile for day trips and a good price.

Fantastic bag!
Wow, this is a surprisingly great bag, particularly for the price! Things I like about it:- perfect size, big enough to hold rain jacket, lunch & other essentials but small enough it doesn't seem overpowering.- tons of little compartments and side compartments to stay organized- comes with a bladder included- comes with a rain cover included- great quality- cannot beat this price! And it comes with a lifetime warranty.Initial apprehensions that turned out fine:- I was skeptical of the phone case where it is. Wasn't sure I liked that big bulk there. But it's detachable with a few sturdy snaps. I moved it to the waist band and slide it back and forth there and it's perfect.- Somebody commented about the one Velcro strap centered for 2 holes on the bladder. This is true but it's fine. The bladder compartment is tight so it stays put and the one Velcro strap does just fine on its own.- worried it didn't look nice but in person and once filled it is a very good looking bag, aesthetically pleasing! In sum, I am fully impressed with this bag! I was looking at a competitor's hiking bag where you had to buy the bladder separately. Theirs also didn't come with a rain cover. Had I bought all three it would have been $175 total. This is a great deal especially for the quality! Highly recommend!!!

Excited to use this.
Very pretty pack with a lot of utility. Perfect for a daylong trek with enough room for lunch, a change of clothes, small towel, sunscreen, and a few other essentials. The straps are very lightweight but seem super durable. Activate your lifetime warranty that’s included!

Design, price and fit
This hydration backpack is fantastic! 5 out of a 5! Great value for the price. Love the color! I used it on a 7 day hiking trip to Utah and it was everything I needed. Plenty of storage pockets, fit great with wider straps, loved the cell phone pocket on strap, and extras (water proof bag and dust cover). So many hikers noticed the cell phone pocket and asked what brand of pack it was. I would recommend this pack 100%.

Great bag for the price
I needed a bigger day hiking pack with a water reservoir. The water bladder holds 2L which held me over a 12 hour hike, held a good amount of snacks, another halegene water bottle, a medium thick jacket, a beanie, and some first aid objects in the front pocket. I really like the phone holder and the trekking pole holder. The phone holder doesn't get in the way and this pocket is helpful for easier access to your phone (or more snacks). I really like how all the pockets are zipped so nothing can fall out and the bungee so I can possibly fit more. Great bag!

LOVE AT FIRST GLANCE!
After days of searching for my first hiking daypack, I settled on the Hydration 22L Sherpa Backpack! I chose the Bonfire color and it looks beautiful! It was packaged nicely, comes with the water reservoir w/ dust cap, a dry bag & rain cover. The quality of the bag is amazing. It does not look or feel cheaply made, so I don’t think durability would be an issue (TBD). The strap pocket is an added bonus & love that I can have my phone, chapstick and small sunscreen all up front with me. I’m 4’10 (113lbs) and the fit of the backpack is very comfortable and lightweight. I can’t wait to use it for my hike. Will update post afterwards!

Great pack but learn the valve!
Update: I took this pack out yesterday & in all my years of using camelpak/hiking packs with water bladders I’ve only had to bite the valve to receive water. This bladder is different and there ARE NOOO INSTRUCTIONS that come with it to tell you how to use it. As I was on a hike I attempted to get water from it and it would not release. I spent 15 mins attempting to get it to release. I even had to pull up a “YouTube” video from this brand in which they were giving instructions for a COMPLETELY different bladder. I finally decided I’d just take it apart at the valve when I’m in desperate need of water! I reached this point and pulled at it and it pulled up in where I realized it had an on & off option by pulling up on the valve! So do know it’s NOT JUST A BITE VALVE! You have to pull up on it to open it!Very roomy hiking pack! Love it! It was time to replace my old one and wanted one still light but roomy for all the things. The water bladder is even nice & big! Super happy with this! I 100% recommend

Versatile backpack
Value for money. Versatile, hip and sternum straps come off, comfortable to wear.Only minus is that water bladder can’t have hose unplugged when full. Makes filling and inserting a bit of a hassle, as I don’t want to file water when bladder is in backpack
