The media could not be loaded. I absolutely love this chair! A couple of reviews said that it was too hard and uncomfortable. I have a spinal injury, and this is extremely comfortable for me. It is very firm. Personally, it has just the right amount of give when your weight is on it. It's not something that you will sink into. It provides perfect support for me. It looks great, and it's the perfect size for me at 5'11" and 165 lbs. It has adjustment options for height and reclining. It's very sturdy and easy to assemble. I have to also give customer service an A+. The right armrest had gotten squished a bit. Probably, the base rested against it when it was packed. I contacted customer service to ask for a replacement, and I quickly got the offer for either a 15% refund or a new arm... along with repeated apologies. I got the new arm very quickly with no problems at all. You can see everything in the attached video. I can't recommend this chair enough. It's absolutely perfect for me. When I need any more chairs for my YouTube channel, I will definitely want to purchase from this company again. I appreciate quality and style, but even more so, I appreciate customer service.

Ordered for my brother’s birthday and he is beyond happy with it! For 2 people, it took about 30 minutes to put together. It was quite simple. As far as everything else, the cushion is very comfy, the back rest is supportive, and the way you can adjust and lay back in it is great! It looks very slick, and fits in with his gaming setup perfectly.

easy to install, love the color. I use it for gaming and it’s the best thing i ever had. the height is adjustable, it comes with to pillow like items which makes cushioning great. it’s very firm which is what i love. and it is very sturdy.

I purchased this chair for my son‘s birthday. He was able to put it together in under 30 minute and he’s 14 yrs old. It’s sturdy & very comfortable. The neck and back support are superior. The chair has a very sleek design. We have wood floors so I’ll replace the wheels/casters with rubber ones. But excellent chair overall. I got it on sale at 40% off, but even at full price I would definitely recommend.

Very sturdy and comfortable I’m a 6ft4 260 lb male . I think overall for the price it’s on point . In a perfect world I’d like wheel locks ,the ability to recline a bit more , and a longer foot rest (I’m sure for less tall individuals it’s perfect ) . Again though for the money rock solid !

I bought this for my wife to replace an old office chair. My wife loves this chair. The seat has good cushion and is comfortable. Tired of just sitting? Lean back and relax and this chair has a foot rest. The neck and lumbar pillows are removable if you would rather not use them. I thought it was pretty easy to put together and the instructions were strait forward even though I did put the foot rest on the wrong direction. I feel it is worth the price and is holding up well so far.

This chair is awesome! It arrived on time and took me only about 30 minutes to assemble it. It is a little firm as others have said. After getting it all assembled and sitting in it and reclining it back with the foot rest up. I actually fell asleep in it..the chair doesn't squeek, it seems really sturdy compared to my last gaming chair, everything works as it should and it has easy adjustments. With this chair I can kick back and relax and play my video games with ease. I only wish I had found this chair sooner!

Solid chair for the price. The right arm was shaky so I reached out to the manufacturer via their website and got a replacement right arm sent. Great service from their team and was easy to get the new part. New part was also shipped express via UPS so had it within 2 days. Comfortable w/ good lumbar and easy to assemble.
