A little too stiff!
Original: Got my hubs one of these and he loves it. This looked the same and was a little cheaper since it was on sale and man..this doesn’t give when your head is on it like his does. I’m going to be returning. Too stiff.Update: customer service reached out to see if they could do anything for me. They seem to care and want you to be comfy! Changed from 3 to 5 star because of that.Guys, the pillow is built well and didn’t smell like chemicals! In terms of “bed foam” I would say this pillow is a medium firm and I just needed a medium soft.

No totally comfortable
It is comfortable while you are face up. Due to its shape, when you turn to sleep on your side, your head loses the correct posture and your neck turns upside down, producing tension and pain when you wake up

Excellent pillow, a must buy!!!!
The media could not be loaded. This pillow helped work wonders on my neck and shoulder pain giving me amazing support. I would definitely be ordering another if this ever seems to go flat or something else happens. I am also extremely impressed by the size of the pillow. I love how the firmness holds up, the pillow fills itself back out after hours of me sleeping on it. I wanted to wait and use it for several weeks before making a review. It’s my new best friend. I didn’t notice any smell!!!

Interesting pillow, but it works - not cooling
As a side sleeper my entire life, I was very skeptical about this pillow. Sleeping with my arm under my neck has led to neck, back, and shoulder problems, but on my side I still sleep.This pillow really does change your neck position and provide you with the support a regular pillow does not give you and I have spent a small fortune on pillows. Hopefully you can see in the pictures the gap between my neck and regular pillow versus the support this pillow gives my neck. Also, since it lifted, my body is not collapsed unto my shoulder/arm which is so much more comfortable. My arm easily slides into the areas meant for it along the side of the pillow or it can be at my side.Mt kiddo is a back sleeper and he has been swiping this pillow from me to sleep at night. He finds it more comfortable on his neck while sleeping.My only flaw is it states this is a cooling pillow and I have not felt it be cool yet. It doesn't get as hot as a common pillow, but it still doesn't feel cool.This is definitely a purchase we are very happy with and will need to purchase again so we each have a pillow.

Not comfortable at all
I prefer a more firm but soft material. But this felt like a rock. No one in my house liked it. Waste of money for me.
