I really had no idea what to expect in terms of quality when I placed this order, and buying it felt a little like a gamble. After assembling the chair I'm very pleased with the purchase. My chair shipped in two boxes and the second one arrived a day after the first. When I reached out to ask about the second box and to make sure it was on the way, the seller replied quickly with information and a tracking number.Hardware quality, chrome, and wood veneer are excellent. Boxes were very well packed. The included instructions were inadequate alone, but fortunately they included info on what to search on YouTube to find an assembly instruction video which was great. Referencing an assembly video is a must. You'll want a second person to hold the back of the chair when attaching it to the arms and base. The extra help will also prevent the chance of scratching anything during assembly.As a good general rule for assembly, hand tighten all bolts to start them, then progressively tighten with the included tool, switching back and forth between the bolts for good alignment and even tightening. Personally, I'd be hesitant to over tighten things during assembly. Came with a spare foot glide for the chair and a spare one for the ottoman.
