I use the massager every morning and evening. Each time I use it 5 mins on the green light setting with heat and then 5 mins with red light without heat.I’ve posted my skin care routine in the pictures because I am not sure if those products play a role in the results I can see on my skin. After 3 days I can say that I definitely can see the lines around eyes and mouth to be smoother. My skin looks overall more plump and my pores are getting smaller. It looks like my skin got tighter and when I frown or smile the lines bounce back quite quickly and straighten out again. I can imagine that the results will be more positive after a months worth of usage.Until purchasing the massager I’ve used the skin care in the picture in the morning and evening in combination with frownies every 2nd or 3rd night. That has helped the appearance of my skin already a bunch. But I feel like since adding the infrared and green light to my routine my results received a boost and I can see a difference. That was a lot of words for saying Yes it does something.Now for the cons: using it on my forehead causes my scalp to vibrate and can be a bit uncomfortable so I let it more glide over my skin in this area and avoid to use too much pressure. It would be nice if the vibration could be dialed down some.Also I find that it gets pretty hot after using the heat setting for more than 2 mins. That’s the main reason why I only use it with the green light since I noticed that in combination with the red light the heat seems to be more intense.This is my husband’s acct. I am a 37 year old female. All skin care products were purchased from Costco.

I've had the massager since Jan (it's now April) I Started using with my night time routine then quickly added to morning. Even made sure to pack it over my last couple trips. Not sure if I see fine line improvement (my next step is looking into each of the lights and what they focus on - it may be that I'm not using the correct light.)I personally love the heat option while messaging! I feel like it gets serums and creams more worked in.I have definitely noticed the sculpt definition. Cheeks and cheekbone are more defined after each use. I have a weak jawline, so I'm working on that more.I also believe this has helped a lot during this allergy season! Applying Gua sha techniques (after adding serums & creams) has opened lymphatic drainage a lot. This time in April, I would have already suffered multiple bad allergy/congestion/headache days, and so far, I've had 1 and it wasn't as bad as it normally is.My only complaint (minor annoyance really) is when it needs charged, it does not sound a warning first (like, charge soon, it's about to die) it'll just stop and flash battery light. Definitely not a deal breaker since once it's charged, I get 1wk + out of it.All in all, great tool - it goes everywhere with me!

Ok I'm the biggest skeptic in the world but figured I would give it a try. I got it yesterday and used it on just one side of my mouth. Thought I would try it till close to return date. I used it again this morning on just that one place and I actually can't believe it looks different. I'm 72 and the thought of this working on my old skin .....well I didn't believe for a second. I'm going to start using on my whole face now.
