Awesome home gym and amazing customer service!This home gym is to arrive in 4 boxes. I only received 2 of the 4 boxes (i.e., 2 of the boxes were missing, leaving me with an incomplete and unusable home gym).After contacting Amazon itself, which resulted in little help, I contacted the company - ARMAC- directly via Amazon messaging. Two replacement boxes were sent out within days.I, as someone who rarely constructs or assembles anything, was able to construct the home gym alone. It took probably about 5 - 6 hours; though, as I did this alone, that time fame was expected. Instructions were easy to read, and the installation video (available on the product page) was helpful.Extremely helpful and useful is the fact that the various hardware parts (i.e., nuts, bolts, washers, screws, etc.) are allocated to and packaged in accordance to the installation step in which they are used. For example, the hardware parts required for the first step of installation are packaged together and labeled "Step 1", the hardware parts required for the second step of installation are packaged together and labeled "Step 2", etc. Such allocation and packing ensures that you are using the necessary hardware to complete a given step during assembly.The gym looks exactly as pictured.

Overall really pleased with this, assembly was somewhat easy as they have each steps parts separated, and for what we paid we're definitely getting out moneys worth. I'd rate it 5 stars however the assembly instructions hand hold you right up until you install the pulley system and the it's like "good luck!" which lead to a lot of confusion. There was nothing in our instructions about checking out a video which I'm guessing would probably have made things a bit easier. It took us a while to see the like 1/8" line was the actual pulley in one of the illustrations as opposed to the piece it was on. Oh also the pictures CLEARLY show putting the weight plates one way, which is actually wrong and we had to essentially take half of it apart to reverse them. Preacher curl could be sturdier but it is what it is and it's already much much better than our bowflew ultimate we had. Would recommend, esp. if you're on a budget. There's a TON of exercises you can do with it and it's already helping on form with our free weight setup

The media could not be loaded. I don’t try it yet, but when I opened the boxes, I found Out the Man, part broken and it’s very big boxes. If I return it, it will be hard. I can’t waste my time I open everything and on the first step I find out it’s broken

I like this product overall but I've just put it together 2 days ago and this cable has already split. I was hoping to get a replacement but can't see where to contact seller. If you could email me customer service number so that I can get a new cable I would greatly appreciate.

Excellent and easy to use! Highly recommended!. Only thing needs to improve is when shipped all parts needs to be numbered and match with instructions! Highly recommended

I don't like the shipping by UPS, 4 boxes arrived 3 different times, and assembly was a challenge, the instructions were not clear, specifically, when you install pulleys and cables. Overall good values home gym system is quick and easy to change to different functions, and this machine is perfect for at-home workouts.

After using it for over a month, the cables are stretching more than any other unit I’ve ones before, and keep having pulleys twist where they get stuck.Not sure what they use but a huge issue where it limits the movement, not much adjusting left with having to continue to tighten each use. Not sure what to do after its max tightness, and it keeps stretching.Instructions were okay not terrible but have had better.Carabiners for the attachments break almost instantly and don’t hold, a waste and you need to spend more money to get new ones almost right away.Not worth the price, would have rather spent have the price and have these issues with other units, than this much for issues in this unit.
