I'll start with the good things: The mechanism for deploying the footrest is solid and well designed, the chair is just the right size for me (5'9", 155lbs) and still has a little bit of room for one of my kids to snuggle, the rocking and swivel are smooth, the chair overall is sturdy, and assembly was very easy. I do also like the material. It's a smooth leather which means clean up is very easy, and the chair is actually not oversized, which means it will fit more spaces (one of our biggest concerns). The cushions and support and armrests are all in the right place with the right amount of support, while also being nice and soft. I'm telling you, it's super comfy. The only thing I would note is that reclining half way is difficult because the spring wants to sit you upright. If you lean all the way back you can stay there because of the position. I've fallen asleep a few times in it. The footrest deploy is quite strong if you don't have your legs down. If it hit a kid or a pet it would probably hurt. I'm very pleased with this chair and definitely recommend it.

Looks nice, is comfy, but too hard to close back up after reclining. Had to tip it over on its back to close.

The recliner has no external handle to recline or release to sitting position. Only has small lever inside right seat cushion to recline. To release from reclining position one must use leg strength. Very difficult for elderly woman to operate. Recliner was not as described; Amazon picked up.

The media could not be loaded. I have a very mixed opinion on this chair. Hope this info helps.Pros:The camel color is very pretty, leather is very soft and smells good, assembly only took maybe 5 minutes and we are not handy at all, was delivered weeks faster than originally estimated.Cons:Seat is not very deep. I am 5’2” 115 pounds and I feel like I max the chair space out. Doesn’t glide very far back. I wish the back of the chair would be angled back more, I feel like I’m sitting straight up and not relaxed. It does not rotate very far around.

I took a risk on this chair. They were only two reviews at the time and I was buying two of them. They came today and they are super easy to put together because it's basically slide in the two arms in the back on with no tools. Second, the faux leather is really nice. Like, you likely wouldn't know it was fake. The chair is solid and looks really nice. For $350 you cannot go wrong. I spent hours looking for affordable modern looking recliners like this. The only thing I would say that is a little cheap looking is the pull tool to get the chair to recline. But, that is such a minor thing I don't care! Also the chairs are very comfortable. Looking forward to using both of these chairs! If anything changes in my experience I will change my review.
