It's a very good vitamins !!!
It's a very good vitamins !!!By my experience do need to take no more than 2 pills per day otherwise you will get pretty bad pain in your kidneys.These vitamins have greatly improved my digestion and I no longer have to constantly run to the toilet after meals.Also, these vitamins improved my energy and mood.Do I buy these vitamins in the future again? YES, I will by it AGAIN and AGAIN !!!

How to take - Incorrect labelling
On the bottle it states to take capsules on an empty stomach. So I began taking these first thing in the morning. At a later date I received email message written by Core Med Science via Amazon, stating it is important to take with food, as they can be an irritant on the gut. I panicked as I suffer from reflux and oesophagus issues. I then checked on the Core Med Science website, and it does state the same as the email, take with food.

First time I review a product, this is EXCELLENT!
I work in a demanding profession, and I have tried dozens of vitamin products. Some of them are better than others but I find that they take days to start acting in your body, and after some weeks the effect is not the same. This product is magic, incredibly it started acting from the first day, and the effect is continuous throughout the time. I have been able to resolve a lot of things in my work and personal life, I feel energised and focused the whole day!! it is really amazing. That is the reason I am writing this review, as I have never written a review before, but I thought I should take the time to write something here as I'm so grateful with this product. Thank you to the developers of this product !!! and please keep selling them, I will need them :)

Love this product but - cost!!
I love this product for a liposomal Vitamin the capsule wrap is an absolute revolution - no disgusting smell or taste wonderful.Without medical disclosure one month on this and another B12 has improved my condition.Cost is frankly a problem for me. Not available on prescription.I with other liposomal vitamins were available in this format.Buy Again? - YES (if I could afford it)Recommend to a Friend?- YES

Great Supplement
An absolutely wonderful supplement. Has really been helpful in getting over my fatigue issues (along with a couple of other supplements). The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars, is the cost, which may make it prohibitive long term.
