We are really happy with the hamster home. We were able to fit our hamsters larger wheel under the 2nd landing. It is an 8.5 inch wheel and its base sits on the floor of the tub. My husband was able to put it together in about 20 minutes. We did find that looking at the picture online along with the instructions helped a lot. Our hamster has plenty of room to roam and seems very content. We also put his favorite snack shack house under the lower floor. The included house doesn’t attach and is comically small for him. We have a long haired teddy who fits perfectly in the tubes. He also has a 20 gallon long tank, but he just didn’t seem thrilled with it. Overall we are very happy with the size, sturdiness and ease of use. We did use the extra two clips to secure the doors.

It is way bigger than it looks but perfect for my chunky hamster. The tubes were a bit of a hassle to put together. The shelves could be a little bit more sturdy. Overall, I'm very pleased to use with my purchase!

Good cage, spacious, but the doors need to be built better because they come with big gaps. So we had to buy clips to clip the door secure so the hamster can’t escape. We don’t use the tubes because our new hamster barricaded in them and wouldn’t come out to eat or drink so we took them off and hot glued tube stoppers on …Pros: Spacious cage, lots of room, pretty easy to assembleCons: Doors have gaps where hamsters can escape if they squeeze through so we had to put clips on the doors. Wheel is too small so you have to buy a bigger wheel for the cage.

This cage was a nightmare to put together, the platforms and the tubing are extremely flimsy and unfit for even the smallest hamster. I’m very disappointed in the quality of this cage and ended up having to buy a different safer cage. Do not buy! I only have a one star because I had to!

This cage is a great size for bigger hamsters as it has lots of room for them to run around. The assembly was very easy and took about 30 minutes. Im so excited to put my new little guy in here. Only complaint is one of the tubes were cracked so I had to leave that piece off but it didnt make a huge impact, but they should put a few extra pieces just in case. Overall, I love it!

It is very hard to build it took 3 1/2 hours to build just the cage and it took 2 to 3 people to build it the only thing I like it how big it is it is a little big for regular hamsters but still works just hard to put together but very nice but ever thing has to go a certain way and it makes it hard to build and the instructions are not very clear and do not help but my hamster loves it

This thing is huge! Fairly easy to put together. It uses a little brain power. You have to use the picture to put the tubes together but it wasn’t bad to figure out. My hamster is loving it.

This came is absolutely amazing. At first I was having an difficult time connecting the cage and habitrail pipes and such. However I got the hang of it and it came together smoothly. The only issue I have is that the stairs that connect the floors are cracked and broken. This is a big problem because they need to be intact in order to function properly. Since they are cracked and broken they do not function. Even though the stairs were being fortified with tape my rat still fell from high up. The pet rat is still overwhelmed by the sheer size of the new cage but I'm sure the fall has something to do with that. What a great addition to our pets life if only we could get replacement stairs it would be even more awesome. What great value for our money for sure except for the broken stairs of course.
