A great tool for home Pilates practice.
Bought this to use at home Pilates practice after previously using studio machines...Haven’t tried it yet but it appears to be as described and it arrived in time - I have no doubt it will fit the bill perfectly.

Good quality. I followed this named product as per Pilates coaching rather than look at cheaper options on market. I use it for neck strengthening particularly so tensioning and comfort was important for me. So many other exercises you can do with it. Great for putting over knees to keep legs still for sit ups. Quick despatch and well packaged.
