Coming from a builder-grade 35 cfm exhaust fan with no light, this exhaust fan feels like a dream come true!Not only has it added additional light into a previously dimly lit corner of our guest bathroom, it also VERY quickly clears a lot of steam and moisture in small spaces to keep things mold free.The humidity sensor works really well. You have the option of having it run continuously or run via the sensor, so we often flip the light to "night light" mode when we leave for work, knowing that the humidity sensor will shut the fan off as soon as the humidity levels drop to safe levels.The night light function is great so you don't have to blast your eyes late at night or early in the morning for a quick bathroom break.The fan is relatively quiet, and seems to have very few vents and ports to clean.Very happy with it overall!

The fan is very noisy and the motor seemed to have arrived with quality problem as the fan works sometimes but does not work other times. Being attracted to it nice appearance, we were so disappointed by the quality of the product.

Everything seams to work as it should. It is not as quiet as reviewed.

At first I thought that this wasn't pulling the air like I wanted, even holding a kleenex by it, it wasn't pulling the tissue up against it. I went outside to the vent and it was really blowing out. I love the option of the 2 lights and to be able to select the brightness. Nice and quiet.

Installation is super easy, specially if it is a new install. The night light is not only useful but pretty and cery quiet even with the faster setting, the price is not bad although it was reduced right after my purchase but still I'm happy.

The fan is loud and will not turn off. Cannot adjust the humidity level and is set at low 60%, so the fan runs 95% of the day.

Fan never shuts off it so loud you don't want to turn it on. The light on it always goes to night light so you have to turn it off and on again together the regular light to turn on. Don't wash your money.
