I purchased this chair for my daughter-in-law to use in the nursery for their new baby. I bought it in November of 2024, gave it to her in December for Christmas, and they just put it together in March of 2025. When my son (who weighs less than 200 lbs) sat on it, one of the rockers broke. I was worried about contacting the company because it had been so long since I purchased it. I sent them a message through Amazon and got a response within the day. They asked for photos of the broken part and the invoice number. Within a couple of days, they had shipped new legs. Their customer service was fast and friendly and solved our problem.The chair is super cute, exactly as pictured. It is soft, too, and the arms are at the perfect height for nursing or bottle feeding. The back is tall enough that I can rest my head against it and I'm 5'7. It is a great chair for a nursery or child's room because it doesn't take up a ton of space and just has that cute, cozy vibe.

I give this to my friend as gift and it took her and her two friends a couple of days to put it together. I don’t know if it’s a them problem or the product. After they assembled it tho she really liked it. She said it’s comfortable and the color looks amazing tho aside

This chair was bought as a gift for a friend. She loves the chair and it fits her perfectly. I gave it three stars because it was a chore to put together. I would recommend not tightening the bolts until it is all assembled and you can zip the covers up. There was also a slight defect in one of the pieces where the leg attaches to rocker rail. It probably has a gap of 1/4 to 1/2 an inch. It bolted together but was not flush.

I like to think of myself as somebody who’s very good at putting things together. The parts came mislabeled resulting in me, putting things together, taking them apart and having to redo them, two screws of the threads were garbage so I had to drive to Home Depot and buy two new screws in order to put it together. Trying to put this together, was beyond frustrating and took hours of fighting with screws pulling on the fabric to try to get the zippers closed. Some of the parts didn’t fit well together. Trying to align screws and holes blind. Shockingly once it was put together, it feels sturdy, rocks smoothly, and the teddy bear covering is very plush. sadly, the seat in this chair is not meant for sitting in more than a half an hour my sit bones actually hurt from sitting in this chair. This is a rocking chair for a petite person. It is very close to the ground, which is why I purchased it. I am 5 feet tall and this is the only chair in the house where my feet don’t dangle. The measurement for the back of the chair is supposed to be 23 inches. Mine only measures 21 from the seat to the top. I’m not sure if I would recommend this chair due to the fact that it is very difficult to put together. Sadly, This chair just isn’t worth the price
