Ease of use,, only time will tell on longevity

This is the only white bitumen paint I can find, so credit for that. I wanted white to reflect the heat. I found this tricky to apply thickly to metal, even though it was ground and rough. Probably needed a primer. Tried brush and roller and it would just pull up, so hard to get good even Coggeshall coverage. Ended up going with a large brush and needed 3 thin coats for good coverage. Looks great, will see if it stands the test of time.

It did not work for me, I wanted it to rubberised the roof of motor home. We had throughly cleaned roof & I fiber glassed all joints & seams then the idea was to completely rubberise the roof, I had planned to use a roller where possible & a paint brush in less accessible areas, roller did not work well it went on 1st roll but then took it off when trying to go over again, the coat amount was quite thin so tried paint brush it was a little better but not happy with depth of coat so continued thinking will go over again but still not happy so eventually gave up on recording the whole roof & just painted over fiberglassed joints etc but was poor coverage so gave 2nd coat, so got loads left which think unlikely to use so that was an expensive exercise, the van is white so it was hard to find a rubberised paint in white.
