CORSAIR RS120 ARGB 120mm PWM Fans – Daisy-Chain Connection – Low-Noise – Magnetic Dome Bearing – Triple Pack – Black

EXTREMELY LOUD. These fans make the same amount of noise that my neighbor's lawnmower does. Thankfully, this is solvable. The reason they're so loud is because they're set to run at around 1500rpms by default. This is WAY too high, and highly unnecessary. I switched it to about 600-700, for good cooling without the volume, and then let it get higher as temps become a problem. Though this setup works wonders for me, its worth noting that I went overboard on all the cooling stuff, so my PC could basically be passively cooled if I really wanted it to be. Your mileage may vary, so adjust your RPM according to what YOUR pc needs. Mine may not need these fans at all, but yours might require them, to keep from bursting into flames. Happy building, guys!

Bought 3 of these to replace the Thermaltakes which came with my CPU cooler when Thermaltake refused to RMA just the fans. Even though I bought these "used" (aka repackaged), they came in good condition and had all the parts & pamphlets that mattered. They have a high static pressure (nearly 3.5mm H2O), and are rather quiet even at max speed. Keeps temps low even on my monster 14900k. One fan did come with short cables (~3 inches), but since I chained them all on a radiator the length didn't matter. The RGB works fine, and syncs with my motherboard's other JARGB1 via OpenRGB. Looks no worse than the originals. Will update in a few months whether the quality stays high.

Plug n play, took 2 mins to install. Came with a spare PWM and aRGB wire(both over a foot long). Did NOT come with mounting screws, but i had extras.These fans can be loud until u set fan speeds, but if adding it to the daisy chain, itll just use the settings from the other fans.Works perfectly with AuraSync.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Solid fans with good RGB lighting and airflow rating. The only down side is if you want to use these with other Corsair fans that you're running with a Corsair RGB controller you won't have the same level of control over the RGB. I didn't realize these don't work with the Corsair RGB hub. Not a crazy big deal for me but would be nice to have been able to sync them with my other 6 corsair fans as I had an extra Corsair RGB hub I was going to run these on.

Corsair is notorious for making high-quality products, and these fans are no different. The fans quickly bring my PC to an optimal temperature. The RGB is bold and easy to customize through the iCUE app. Additionally, the daisy chained assembly made installation SUPER quick and easy. However, there is one thing people should note...Most users will notice how loud the fans are when firing up their PCs after the install. Keep in mind, these fans are spinning at over 2000 RPM -- they will be loud! You have to go into your PC's BIOS and tune them. At their factory settings, they will be running at 100% at nearly every temperature. I looked up a couple of trustworthy Reddit threads to help me tune it correctly with my exact setup. Overall, the fans often run at 50% and still keeps my PC around 70-75 degrees Celsius when running very demanding games.Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the fans. They function exactly how I expect them to, and they hold up to Corsair's solid reputation.

I ordered 3 pack. Each fan has short PWM and ARGB in/out cables.Each pack provides PWM and ARGB cables, one long and one short for each type.I am using an old gigabyte MB - X470, and it has two RGB pin headers - one is for digital RGB, and the other one is ARGB. This one does not fit on 5-pin digital RGB header, so I had to find the 3-pin ARGB cable came with the MB, and it works.I had to get these fans due to upgrading my case. At first I really hesitated between cheaper fans, but after an hour of thinking, I decided to invest on these, as all Corsair fans I have (two 140mm on AIO, three 120mm on case vent, old ML pro series) been performing without any issue since 2019.I also have terrible experiences with cheap trash RGB fans - noisy, control does not work, unstable, so I simply wanted to free from those issues.Now they are running really quiet on my new PC case, and I really love it as long as they last long enough.The only complain for me is the price, but I guess you get what you paid for - just same as automotive parts.I'd gladly give ★4.7.
