Hair Dryer Brush DDA

It's kind of big and unwieldy at first glance, but works like a charm. I suck at curling my hair and am way too clumsy, PLUS I am always too impatient to blow dry it. Problem solved in one fell swoop! I can use this sucker to dry AND curl AND all I have to do is press a button. I was afraid my hair would get tangled in it but it worked fine - I'd be careful if your hair is coarser or curlier to begin with, but it worked great on my fairly smooth/straight hair. Really, really great product.

It doesn’t have ionization so my hair gets frizzier, even with frizz eez gel. I don’t want to order another one so I’m stuck with it.

My hairdresser recommended a brush dryer like this because I have arthritis in my shoulder and have problems rolling up my hair in the back. I should have looked for one that had information about how much it weighed. This one is heavy and bulky. It worked ok on the sides but did not give any lift on top and hard to reach the back.

Very ineffective for me. Pros: it got hot and I liked the different bristles types together. Cons: the barrel/wand is heavy and big; not for arthritic hands, it rotated easily only in the shortest layer of my hair (2 1/2 - 3 inches)which basically meant it dried sticking straight out, the buttons were too close together so it often rotated in the wrong direction. Did I mention it was heavy?Let me tell you about my hair. I have a chin length bob. The longest layer is probably 9 inches. My hair is thick and naturally wavy and takes a lot of power to dry it. All this means that I am very accustomed to having to dry my hair in small sections and work from roots to tip multiple times and then go back and touch up ends or roots after a section has cooled down. This couldn’t event handle the smallest of sections; the middle part would mostly dry while the roots were still wet and I was using the larger brush and max heat. It took a long, long time to get my hair mostly dry at which point I gave up and finished drying with a flat iron.Definitely going to look for the Revlon that lasted four years that worked much, much better.

It is very hot and pulls your hair.

This is an amazing product to style & dry hair at the same time! I was contemplating buying either Dyson or Shark, at much higher price point, when this came up in my search results. Am I happy I chose this at a fraction of the cost! I recently cut my hair shorter & wanted something to dry & style at same time to save time. I have thick hair & even with it being shorter, it takes a while to dry with hair dryer & round brush, then use tools to style. This bad boy did it all in HALF the time! I’m so happy & can’t recommend any higher! It even comes with a cleaning tool, yay! The reason for 4* instead of 5*? The 2 attachments (small & large barrels) can be bent &/or crushed easily, so be careful when storing in-between uses. Other than that, there’s nothing negative to report! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

This is my new favorite blow dryer. I finally feel like I can grow my hair out a little bit and it will look perfect! I have short grey hair and my hair has lots of wave to it. After the first use my hair look shiny and exactly as I wanted it to.
