You have to have patience when you put it together, it definitely takes two people
It's comfortable, and sturdy. It doesn't look like it will hold up outside, it looks like it should stay indoors only and that was disappointing to me because we wanted it for outside

Screw & peg holes were created wrong so it couldn’t be assembled
HORRIBLE customer service! I had to provide multiple pictures and argue for weeks with customer service just to prove that the screw and peg holes were created wrong so the entire bench could not be assembled. Once the agent finally agreed with me, I was told that I could order new parts but it would take “a relatively long time”, but no explanation about what that meant. Yet I ordered this on Amazon and it came within days. There was no offer for a new bench or compensation.The product itself was assembled wrong in the factory; one part even being backwards and another missing screw holes. If this was fixed, I think the product would be great.

Porch makeover
Using it on my front porch.It’s very sturdy ( plus size female) I’m very pleased with it could sitting and getting up was easy.Love it love it ‼️‼️‼️
