LUGGEX 26 Inch Luggage with Spinner Wheels, Expandable PC Hard Shell Checked Suitcase with Front Opening, Lightweight (Blue, 26 Inch)

So far, it survived one domestic round trip flight. No scratches and everything is intact. One thing I like with the top opening is that you don't need a lot of space when you want to open your luggage. The lid stays at 45 degrees and it's light. There's plenty of room for bulky stuff.

I ordered this suitcase but the zipper closure was faulty, broke off after one use. I submitted a review to this regard after the return window had closed. The vendor responded promptly and offered to replace the product at no extra charge. I received the replacement suitcase, but have not had the chance to use it as of yet, but it it looks sturdy. I ordered it because I like the 90 degrees top.

Positives: sturdy, maneuvers well, great amount of pockets and fasteners to keep items secure. Love that it opens the way that a soft side case opens.Negatives: the light color (pink) shows scuff marks. I would have preferred the red but that is not available in all sizes. The case (26 inch) is heavier than a soft side but wheels easily and maneuvers well. I was able to piggy back the carry on (purchased a strap separately) and the two cases were easy to pull.Huge negative: no customer service to my issue with the built in lock. I followed the instructions to set my own combination but the lock jammed. I couldn't set the combination or change it back to the factory set. As I was traveling the following day, I had to purchase a lock. I've attempted to contact customer service several times; the only response that I received was a link to a video about how to set the lock. The lock is broken. They gave not addressed the issue at all.I would have gladly recommended this purchase without reservation but given the lack of support with this issue, it's buyer beware.June 21, 2024 update: after posting the above review, customer service contacted me. They sent a brand new case and I was able to set the lock without issue. Great response from customer service and I have added two stars to my review which would have been my original review if not for the lock and customer service issue.

Updated 3/29/2924: Yusen (Luggex) Customer Service is par excellance! They listen and shipped me 2 sets of replacements to cover the issues we had - with no strings attached! They turned a very unhappy customer into a very satisfied one! That's a quality that's hard to find today! Well done, Yusen! 5 Stars all the way!!Took both pieces to Tuscany and Rome - first use. The zipper did not make it in one piece to Rome. I have never had a zipper pull break on a suitcase - until now. The piece that broke off is still in the lock, but it's broken off. The 20-inch is fine, but the 29-inch is broken. Worse yet, I have to return BOTH pieces because of the broken zipper. Will initiate the return once I return to Kansas City tomorrow. Why is your quality so poor? That's 3 returns now - first the TSA locks won't Program in 2 suitcases (had to return and order replacements), now it's a broken zipper pull. Stay away from Luggex.

I haven't flown with this case yet but did go on a driving trip. I average 1 trip abroad, 1 flight across the country and 6 driving trips per year so I use luggage a lot. This case is probably the most conveniently designed I have ever owned. Its lightweight and it maneuvers pretty well. Important since I'm 77. It's too soon to report about durability yet. But I'd say the price is remarkably low for the quality of this suitcase.

This is by far the best hand luggage I’ve ever ever had. Samsonite is always good and good quality, but it does not pay as much attention to nice things like the USB port and the double cover both sides. This one is both Durable, Lightweight and good quality

Size is great and thought overall it was very durable, until I got home from my trip last night. It's only the second time using and one of the front wheels was completely gone. Screws are all still there, but the setting for the wheel is completely missing. I've had much cheaper bags last for years (still using) and no issues, and they've had more fly time than this bag.Considering the price, it did not withstand the rigors of 8 flights very well (to/from w 1 connection, two round trips)

We are very impressed by this suitcase. The wheels are smooth. There is plenty of room and we love the USB drive.
