....and so I would have saved the cost of this useless product. First off, those cups and caps do not come off for easy cleaning....on mine, they are one solid piece. Besides the unit not cleaning my ears, the end piece doesn't rotate and the white pick comes off and gets stuck in my ear. No instructions come with this, only a white paper singing its praise. AND by the way, in its plastic tray where all the pieces fit nicely before being boxed, ...there was in the tray a needle from a Christmas Tree. Now how do you suppose it got there since the unit is then boxed and then sealed over in plastic. ???? Was this unit returned, resealed and then resold? We REALLY must go back to doing our own manufacturing again.

This product barely has any suction. Does not do what it’s needed to do. Wish I would’ve read the reviews before I bought this.

I tried it on my son because he had a hearing test at school he came with a note that said that he had a little wax stuck there. That I needed to remove so he could be retested. I bought the ear vacuum thinking it would work it didn’t. For what I paid it was too much money. Didn’t want to return because I used it already. Functionality is not what they portray.

Even the highest setting has a week suction, and the parts don't fit properly.The part that goes in the ear disconnects from the tube easily having to be pulled out of the ear.There are better ones out there.
