I've tried all sorts of flavors and it works like a charm every time.Considering how often I use it, this cup is definitely worth the price. It's durable and easy to clean.It's a little noisy when blending, but it's not unbearable. Cleanup is a breeze; just rinse it out quickly.Overall, I'm super happy with this purchase and so is my daughter

I was so looking forward to having frozen protein shakes to substitute for sugar laden milkshakes. The freezing took place on the sides & I had to scrape it off. No chance of squeezing & drinking it. Also, cleaning the convolutions was not that easy.Waste of money.
