KOMPUTERBAY256GB Professional Compact Flash Card 1066X CF Write 155MB/s Read 160MB/s Extreme Speed UDMA 7 RAW

Been using this Komputerbay 256GB 1066x UDMA7 CF card for 4 months as main storage with my Nikon D810 pro DSLR. My photo gear:[...]I took it so far on several trips, thru tropical sunlight, severe wind, even a storm, rain, and thick fine dust areas and desert. See my 2016 + 2015 photo albums:[...]Works today 100%, same as the 1st time.Improved my overall burst rate by 1-2/second for animal, bird and airplane photo shoots, compared to my PNY 256GB class 10 U1 600x SDXC card [half as fast].Filled up the entire CF card [I shoot JPEG + RAW] 3 times with over 16,000 files each time. No errors.I also shoot video @ 1080p/60fps.I am happy with this product, works as expected.Thank you Komputerbay.

I use this for time lapse capture and the size is essential if you're capturing 5,000 plus images and don't want to interrupt the series. The first version of this card that I received did freeze up after a couple of sessions, but KomputerBay support worked with me to run diagnostics and, when they failed, to get me a replacement card that is working flawlessly. While you want everything to be perfect first time and every time, you can't count on that. I'm much more comfortable now that I know that the company stands behind this product and will see to it that it works! It's too expensive and mission-critical not to have that reassurance.

I purchased one of these for use with my Canon 5D Mark III -- in conjunction with 'RAW' MLV Magic Lantern recording...without having to swap cards often.I admit that I was a bit nervous, having read the mixed results some users have......but upon receiving it, I immediately recorded the entire-capacity to see if it would drop frames -- and it worked marvelously the entire way through.For me, this item saved me a huge amount of money -- and I will definitely purchase another one in the future if I find I need more capacity. :)

I use this lens in a 5D Mark III with magic lantern and I am able to get 1080p at both 24p and 30p. I can even do 60p @ 1756 I believe which is easy to upscale to full 1080p with minimum loss of quality. This CF Card has been very reliable and hasn't failed on me as often as my SD Cards have.

I purchased this card to record 4k video in my Canon 5d Mark IV and it works great. I've never had any problems with Komputer Bay CF Cards and will continue to use them in the future.

I bought this for my Canon 5D Mark IV. It did not format in the camera or on my computer. Camera warning: cannot format (or something like that). I bought a 256 GB SD Kingston card for the SD memory in my camera and it worked just fine. Old CompactFlash memory cards I had, also worked just fine. A little quality testing by Komputer Bay would have been nice.

3 returns for 3 cards. All 3 died after very little usage - I paid nearly $2300 in data recovery fees - the cards completely died - became unreadable.Avoid this card; 256gb x1066 at all costs. - No issues thus far with Komputerbay's smaller 64gb x1000 card's, of which I have 4 of.

Really disappointed, it need to be formatted after a few uses, I ended up losing a lot of pictures. Not buying from this brand ever again.
