Great pillows for sleeping on your back and not having the pillow contact your face. I am learning to sleep on my back from being a side sleeper and this really helped. Other pillows I tried affected my breathing, but this one did not with the extra insert that is included. The memory foam is nice and soft, not harder as some memory foams. Pillow is well made and has a unique shape that I have not seennin any other pillow.The seller is fantastic. They reached out to me with a message to see if everything was okay. He also offered me a free extra pillow case.I am going to buy another pillow, since I like it so well.

Excellent pillow. Allows me to fall asleep on my back and stay asleep. You can even sleep on your side, without all the pressure on your ear (good for TMJ pain).

I received the “The Best Back Sleeper Pillow” recently. I have to say I love it as I can now sleep on my back. The doctor had suggested I sleep on my back to alleviate pain and I had a hard adjusting until I tried this pillow. I love it as it keeps my neck and head in a comfortable position, and the memory foam is very comfortable!

This is my first review on Amazon, I just had to share how much I love this pillow. The material is incredibly soft, the silk pillow case it comes with has a luxurious feel, overall it’s by far the most comfortable pillow I’ve ever bought. It provides excellent neck support while also helping me stay on my back throughout the night. As someone who wakes up with facial puffiness from constant side sleeping, I’ve noticed a huge difference—better lymphatic drainage and no more morning puffiness! I wake up feeling refreshed. Highly recommend this pillow!

I've tried other back sleepers before, but this one is far superior. The cushion is soft, while still able to support your head. I took the sellers advice and after placing my head in the center, pull down on the sides and it creates a sort of cocoon and cradles your head. No more puffy face in the morning as I'm able to stay on my back all night. It also comes with an additional, thin piece of foam, if you want to add it for the height. The knitted cotton pillow case is incredibly soft and it also comes with an extra satin case. Both cases can be washed. The customer service can't be beat. They are friendly and responsive. This is well worth the money and I would purchase again.

I am 48 and up to 2015 I was a stomach sleeper with all the pain that accompanied it. In 2015 I suffered detached retina was told to become a back sleeper to avoid any further issues. I tired putting pillows under my knees and various pillows but just couldn’t get my body to stay. Best I accomplished was side sleeping with a very expensive medical support pillow that was supposed to allow my shoulder and hips to align, but I still had shoulder and hip pain and worse was still rolling all over.I took a chance on this pillow, it’s designed like nothing else. Your head can roll slightly from side to side, but not enough to trigger the rest of the body to follow. Part of the pillow rests on top of your shoulders so my head lay closer to the bed and still be supported. I’ve had the best sleep and no pain with no danger of rolling over to put pressure on my eyes.I didn’t have to wait for it to inflate nor did I notice a smell. I have only a minor complaint and that is the color of the case, white shows everything but not like we need this to win a fashion contest it does its job beautifully.
