These batteries are nice and light compared to lead-acid ones of the same capacity. They come well packed in a strong box with plastic foam material.The terminals come with the bolts/washers required. The charger is well built and has crocodile clip connectors for the battery and a standard mains power lead ("Kettle lead")Although these are listed as "drop-in" replacements you have to use the charger that comes with the battery and not a vehicle alternator or solar charge controller unless they can provide constant current/constant voltage of 14.4 volts. This limits their usefulness in a "leisure battery" use in a motorhome where you might have a mixture of charging methods.The manual also says that they're not suitable for series/parallel connection (due to the inbuilt BMS most likely) and so you can't "double up" either capacity or volts. Be aware of the battery storage and use temperatures, especially if being used in a motorhome/caravan or similar, these batteries certainly shouldn't be stored or used below 0'C according to the manual.The battery internal BMS will protect the battery by shutting off the output if the charge voltage is incorrect. Disconnecting the load for a while resets the BMS and allows the battery to be used again.The 80Amp maximum discharge rate is sufficient for most applications.The capacity seems to be reasonable and the good thing about LiFePo4 is that the output voltage is steady through the discharge cycle.
