Fun rare local cooperative play.
Fantastic game for anyone of any age to play. The game takes place during the 1980’s so there will be a huge amount of references that parents who grew up in that era will understand, while the young ones may not get. Nevertheless it is funny for all ages and really plays on communication when you and another player are carrying a large item as you turn corners. It may sound like a nightmare but in actuality is hilarious fun. They even added occasional farting sounds when you are moving a large item on your own so that you know how much easier and faster it would be if another player is there to help you move the item. Even when you play on your own the effort to move large items will decrease, but you will always be able to tell the difference between carrying a toaster or a fridge out the door and into the moving truck. There is tons of modes that unlock along the way. If you want to see it in action look it up on YouTube to get a better sense of the look of the game.

Like causing problems on purpose?
This is a very humorous couch coop game that surely is going to get some laughs out of you and your friends and you lob around beds and couches, smash windows, rip cords out of the wall, stuff live animals into your truck, you get the idea. I wouldn't bother if you don't have friends to play with, as this game is really intended to be played socially. If you're familiar with Overcooked, Moving Out very much feels like its differently themed sequel. It's actually perhaps more challenging than Overcooked as cramming all the items you need into the truck and coordinating two person lifts can be quite tricky. The one caveat I have about this game is that I received a region 2 version. The PS4 is somewhat region free in that nothing prevents you from reading game discs from other regions (and the disc does indeed work on mine), however, I have heard your playstation network account will not work with the other regions such that you cannot get the DLCs with an account from a different region. Due to it not being available in the region I need, I have only given the game 4 stars.

Awesome Local Multiplayer Game!
My family and I have had a ton of fun with this game. If you like Overcooked 1 or 2, I would highly recommend this game!

Great family game
This brings lot of laughs and it’s fun to race against the clock as a team to get everything loaded on the truck. It’s very manageable even for a 6 year old with the assist features available on the game.

Not as fun
I bought it thinking it was compatible with the ps camera and turns out it’s just a regular game with not so many options

We are big fans of Overcooked in this house, so I was looking for a similar game to play as a family. It turns out that this is a really fun game for up to 4 players, children can pick it up easily too. I suppose you could play it alone, but it really starts to be enjoyable when you play local co-op mode. We play 4 players in our house and really enjoy this, lots of laughs to be had. It's all about teamwork, so I think it promotes a good message too. The graphics are good and there is plenty of fun thrown into the game with extra challenges etc. The only negative is that sometimes it can be hard to see all the items in the house with the auto-zoom, but this is a minor issue. Anyone looking for a fun local family co-op game for up to 4 players, then I would absolutely recommend this game.

After having played a lot of Overcooked, my wife and I wanted to try a new game. The game is really fun and well made, with some amusing commentaries. Gameplay is not quite as intuitive and we often found it difficult to see items on the screen due to the auto-zooming of the camera. In general however, would recommend!
