I don't often buy a product that has no - or even few - reviews, but took a chance on this one. I've now installed a dozen or more in my business, and have had one failure. I will still recommend the product for its good features, but I have to have 99% reliability in any product I install, and this one does not meet that standard.Advantages:1. The lens is fully adjustable, it can even be pointed straight down! A lot of my customers are getting a backup cam to help them hitch a trailer, so this is a valuable feature.2. The mounting arm is metal, not plastic.3. The LED's give a small amount of visible light in addition to IR. Nice to have a visual indication that the camera is "on";You may fairly ask: how's the picture? My answer: it's just the same as any other cheap BU cam. You're going to be viewing it on a 600x480 res screen, so you sure as heck don't need HD!

It's hard to believe how prevalent backup cameras have become, and yet they're still fairly expensive to purchase and install if your vehicle didn't come with one. That’s probably why finding and getting this one feels like a steal. I actually wanted to add a camera to my cargo trailer because I often have to back it up on my own and I don't always know how far back I can go.This camera was the best option for me because it has one feature that is lacking in a lot of other models. This one lets you rotate the lens downward as much as you like, and since I wanted to mount it about 7 feet above the ground, I couldn't have done it without that feature. The rotating camera gives me the best angle I could hope for. I am having a problem where the screw that holds the angle is not doing its job and lets the camera drop more than it should. I think a little loctite might solve it though.

I bought this backup camera to replace one that didn't make it through the car wash. The image quality is great and it has survived numerous trips through my local car wash unfazed. My only complaint is the purple hue to all green objects (trees, grass, bushes, etc...) If they fixed that then it would be easily a 5 star review.

I have an older SUV and wanted to add a backup camera for safety. This was waaay cheaper than Best Buy. I didn’t what to install it myself so I hired somebody from Craigslist. As it didn’t have a touch screen, I also a added a stereo, steering wheel control and stereo housing, plus more wire. It took just over an hour to install with the bulk of the time coming from the running of the wiring. The video quality is on par the stock system in a Toyota.

The image good just is blurry on a rainy day but other than that works good have only had issues of it not turning on a couple of times but that might be my screen not reading it? Not sure.

Great product worked well easy install,like the lines on screen ,lots of adjustable on it,quality and lasting durability will be the question almost 30 days in with not much use camera went out and now gets glitchy but replaced with new in no time. Love this product hope she holds up. Cant bet price

This product is excellent! It uses LED lights for night vision. The colors are excellent! I am very pleased with the product. It’s easy to install. Just tap into your 12v brake light at the rear of the vehicle and run the video jack to the back of your radio and connect the power wire to your rear camera power connection. Customer service is great! I definitely recommend Yimaler!
