I love, love, love this brace!! I have a big bulky medical back brace but I never use it because I’m thin and it is very noticeable. This brace is hardly noticible especially at work. It helps a lot with the back pain I get from standing at work. I have issues with my SI joint, sciatica, and a herniated disc in my lower back. This isn’t 100% but it helps me get through the way with less pain.My only issue is that I do not think this will last very long. The Velcro straps are already pulling up the fabric on the belt. I ordered the small but I still have to Velcro the secondary straps on top of the other for a correct fit. See the pictures for clarification. First picture is the fraying. The second is with the main strap, the third is one secondary strap, and the last is all of the straps in place. My issues are only because I’m too skinny most people will not have these issues. It would be great if I didn’t!All in all this is a great brace/belt. Well worth the money.

Once I got the hang of it, easy to put on or remove. Best of all, it eliminated the low back and leg pain that were making it impossible for me to walk more than a few yards. After I put it on I walked two miles. After two weeks, I can go for short periods without the belt, and no pain.This is not a brace; in theory it works by drawing the innominate (pelvic) bones together, stabilizing the sacrum thus preventing impingement on the many nerves in the area. I can't say it will work for everyone's back or sciatic pain, but it sure helped mine.The velcro does tend to stick to everything, and get tangled with itself. I found attaching the tightening straps loosely to the belt, not leaving them dangle in back, then putting the belt on, work; you can then preposition and tighten the straps.

I really wanted to like this. It held tight initially and now will not hold at main front closure. When it holds it is comfortable and soft against body. Helps my SI joints. Side straps hold tightly. I have cleaned the Velcro carefully but still fails to hold. I am returning to order a different brand.

My dr suggested I use one. I fell onto a log a yr ago and hit my tailbone. I did therapy for 6 months with no comfort achieved. Started cortizone shots into my back and comfort was achieved. However, I still have discomfort in the hip regions. I attend bootcamp type workouts & can NOT do certain movements. I work at a computer all day so sitting is regular but I did it with great pain.After another shot in my back & hips the Dr insisted I try an SI Belt too. I am SO so glad I did. I've worn it for a week, every day all day. Except for sleeping of course. I have no more discomfort, my hips feel secure & stable now. It actually does prevent me from doing certain movements that will cause pain & prevent my healing further. It's comfortable and my shirts easily hides it. I haven't been able to attend bootcamp yet but next week I can and I look forward to wearing the belt then as well. It stays in place. Easy to put on. Has a "New" smell when taken out of the package but disapates the next day or 2. I have already recommended it to 3 people I know.

This has really helped with my lower back pain, but it’s hot to wear in the summer heat. Still, I can wear it most of the day inside in air conditioning, but not of an evening even with a fan trained directly on me. Still worth it.

This belt is only 3 1/2 in high. It's too thin to support. Mine would roll up on me and it ended up bruising me. I tried another belt, Vriksasana Si Belt for Men and Women SI Joint Belt, and I am truly thankful. It's almost twice as thick and it's 5 1/4 in. high! It supports without cutting into me. Don't waste your money, buying the Everyday Medical SI belt.

While researching whether SI belts work, I was glad to hear they do and that they offer instant pain relief.This belt gave it to me in around 2 minutes. Grateful for the stability I feel and lack of pain!

The media could not be loaded. Firm and supporting. Very adjustable i like how the elastic bands go over each other they add a lot of extra support. I had a big injury to my Hips and si joint last year and this is way better than what the physical therapists gave me. I can actually sleep at night with this and not feel it. Let alone wear it under my clothes as well. Gives great support already feeling better.
