Yooooo buy this vacuum! I have a dog and an autistic child. I've had this vacuum for 3 months. It is a little work horse. I live on a sandy area and I have all hard wood floors. I can vacuum the whole house (1200sf) on one charge on high but you don't need the high setting for 85% of jobs. I can get 2.5 complete run through on the house on low on one charge. The only draw back is that it take a while to charge. But I just leave it plugged in in the corner and I've never had a problem with it dying. Tuff? Yes. I use this vacuum 3-4 times a day. When it gets dirty you can take it apart and clean it. And it tolerates this very well. As many times as I have used this thing it have more than paid for itself. Also, it does not like carpet at all. Not made for carpets. When I try to vacuum the rugs, the carpet style ones beat it up a little.

This vacumn is awesome. I bought 1 and then bought a 2nd one so I could keep one upstairs and 1 downstairs. I rate the vacumn a 5. I needed the customer service and they were also a 5 star and so helpful. They went above and beyond and I had the things I needed the next day. They are a 5 star in everything. Would highly recommend this vacumn and company.

Definitely doesn't run for 50 minutes and takes forever to charge but works way better then my other vacuums the suction is amazing and it works amazingly I have dog and I only had to go over my floor twice to get rid of months of dirt from when my other vacuums broke I also have 2 kiddos and it picks up all the little things and it's so easy to do my stairs with the attachments and it pretty sturdy too my dog bit it and it didn't slightly move and it so easy to take apart and put back together to dump the tank which I can do my entire basement if I had to guess maybe 500 square feet and only had to dump the tank 2 timesAlso it super easy on my back bc it's little and doesn't take extreme force to put together push to vacuum

I watched so many tiktoks about this vacuum. I was excited to see it available on Amazon as a same day delivery so I wouldn't have to wait. I understand these creators are trying to make their coins but they need to stop lying and misleading those of us that want a good vacuum.FALSE: Increased suction! NO! Even on level 3, my swiffer picks up better. It's a dust buster with an extension pole.FALSE: 50 min battery. Lasted 20 mins and didnt even suck up much. Emptied the canister 3 times of surface pet hair and crumbs. Then it ran out of energy.FALSE: Works on all surfaces. Absolutely horrible on carpet. WILL NOT PICK UP PET HAIR. Don't even bother with using it on stair carpets.Also, It does not want to stand up on its own. Emptying the canister is easy but putting it back on is not. You have to constantly empty it because it doesn't hold much and will lose the little suction it has.PRO: This is great for a child that wants to "help" clean. It is lightweight, adjustable handle, and pretty to look at. That's it. An upgrade from the Fisher Price ball pop toy.Grateful I didnt get rid of my vacuum. Please de-influence yourself.

Bought this vacuum to replace a busted dirt devil. Works very well. Suction is selectable with 3 settings. No cords really was a big key feature for me. It does the house pretty good on a charge but that can vary depending on the suction power setting. Lightweight especially for its size and power. Would definitely buy again.Update 4/18/25Had to replace the top unit because the button failed. But i contacted the email in the manual and the customer service was awesome. Quick reply, and they completely replaced the vacuum unit itself. I would definitely buy again thanks to their service.

Great vacuum. Retired an old dyson that was super loud. This new one is quiet, runs for a good time, and I love the light on the floor attachment which helps highlight the dirt before you vacuum it up. I also like that you don't have to hold the button down when using it... just click to turn on and then click to turn off.

I purchased this because it had great reviews and my previous cordless vacuum was failing me daily with the battery life. This vacuum is pretty good, and the battery life has upheld so far. Suction is great. My only concern…and probably my biggest concern is that every time I try to vacuum my throw rugs (which are very thin) the vacuum sucks up a part of the rug and the brush stops spinning making it initially useless for the carpets.I have 2 big dogs and vacuuming my rugs is a major concern.. i’m not sure if I received a defective vacuum or what but i’m very disappointed.Other than that, it’s a great vacuum with good suction and passes the shake test.

For over a decade i have been Dyson loyal. While I have never owned their stick vacuum I've owned their Animal upright and Animal canister. I was wanting a cordless, stick vacuum. I had a shark years ago and was exceptionally disappointed. This Trucozie T352 is phenomenal. I'm a month in and can confidently say it's worth the purchase. I have three cats. It's great at picking up fur and litter.
