The media could not be loaded. I thought I was ordering a decently sized crystal mug. I received a tiny, cheap looking, poorly PAINTED plastic mug. Everything about the advertisement was false and misleading. The mug I received has a metal cup lining it. The photos of the mugs in the advertisement do not have metal cups at all. The metal cup lining my mug doesn’t even properly fit inside of the “crystal” part. There is a sizable gap in between the metal liner and the mug. There were also sharp jagged pieces of plastic coming off the edge of the cup where your mouth is supposed to go. Even if it isn’t really crystal, I expected it to look better than this for the price. I would laugh at how awful it is, if I could afford to.. but I wasted money on it, so now I’m just pissed.

Picture is very misleading. It's plastic!! It's a small plastic cup. Definitely not worth the money or the time it took for it arrive.

The product is nothing like what was described on the website. It is not a mineral, it is cheap plastic that is crudely painted surrounding a small tin cup. I was extremely disappointed with the product!

Absolute ripoff scam! These are plastic, stink like chemicals and an absolute lie! Look at the pictures, you can see they are painted! If I was in a store and saw these, I wouldn't pay 10 cents for them. VERY DISSATISFIED AND DISAPPOINTED!

This is nothing like the pictures. Cheap, small and not crystal. Doesn't even look the same as advertised.

I received this product and it isn’t made from and crystal or mineral. It is instead made from a mixture of resins that are different colors. It’s basically plastic with an oversized aluminum insert. I should’ve read more into this. This product is a scam.

I am very sad to say - this is not what it claims to be.Plastic with BAD paint job. very sad - the item looked so great - i was planning on buying a bunch for coworkers . First time I have had to write such a bad review. :(

This item is a complete disappointment. It looks like a bad paint job on a very small cup. It's not stone or gem like at all. I'm glad I purchased one as I was considering giving them to friends for the holidays.
